So far i did about every second day, read that somewhere. Measurements are kinda not concrete.
My new idea for programm:
- morning and evening 2x 5min, edging for a minute in between and getting hard again, entering hard
- hg: 3-6 (i can only choose 100 or 200millibar, which is 3 and 6, but when i do 200 millibar it means it goes to 200 and then instantly slowly reduces, cause there is always some kind of leakage)
- it is pulse pumping cause it is with electrical pump, it goes down and up all the time
- with cockring
- try milking,
- never pain, reduce intensity next time when there are red spots or endemas
- infrared thing around the tube
- warmup: hot water over penis, then dampen
While hot water runs over penis i do manual stretching (rhytmic fast stretches)
