I was wearing mine for about 10 hours a day in order to get any results. The first month was definitely time for your body to get used to it. Don't overdo it and you'll be able to work up to more time. In the beginning, I'd have the stretch set to theiddle of the spring. By the end it was almost full strength most of the time. After many months (maybe 9) I think I hit a plateau and took it off to decondition my penis. Unfortunately never put it on much after that and lost some of my gains.

You can lose gains even after 6 months? Didn't know that.
Yeah maybe because I'm already turning the screws at this stage that it hurts. I also think there's a learning curve when it comes to attaching the suction cup correctly, which contributes to the pain. I can't seem to get it right.
