Ok, here is an example of what I wear. I call this a Cock sock. I used a previous medical product and liked some things and didn't like some others; So i had a shit load of this made. Ive been testing it and so on - for durability and wearability and frankly I fucking love it. Im trying to work on some different shades now, to achieve a color similar to me.

Any way, here's two pics wrapped and one not. This is after a full days wear so you can see the ends are slightly frayed, I usually get a few wears out of them before discarding. I have two layers on here to hold my length after i had hung and then went out for the day. Sometimes a cut a piece longer to cover my glans and sometimes I dont. As with ANY type of sleeve or wearable compression device or garment, the Frenulum area will swell slightly. This is easily compressible later, or you can use tape prior to putting these on. Frankly it doesn't bother me that bad so do not tape that often.
I wear these out, I ALWAYS wear them to sleep. I use them after i slather my Cock in ointment or cream. etc etc.

When you say having these made, are you ordering them to your specs from a manufacturer. Or are you buying a long pre-made tube of these from online or pharmacy and cutting them to length? I love this and want to get some.

i had these made because I am toying with the idea of selling them later as a product in my line up. But there are places where you can get similar sized medical bandage type stuff. I just wanted some have a manf make these a tad bit tougher and tad bit more compressive.

I’m in the same boat as @6x5to6x7 I want to try this out. I think it would also work as a great after procedure product instead of wrapping with gauze and such. The compression might be better distributed

The key for longer result is longtime stretching for all penis type ,i have in 18 years all stretcher on the market wear ,but nothing help , then i see they key for fast good result is time very long time all day ,when you can for your penistype micro or macro penis or burried hidden penis wear a stretcher system more then 10 hours ,then you elimate the shrinking Symptome from the penis and become real longer penis ,your idear for longtime stretch is the reight way ,but one point you must test;can the wrap socks make the penis smaller after month then the sock make Kompression??but the good ponit is that in lenght the penis is then longer , this way can help i think for lenght size but for bigger soze in widh ,i dont no....
