I’ve been lurking for almost a year and have decided recently to become serious about PE.
1) I’ve found that after several hours of continuous stretching, it’s like something releases and I get significantly more length (around 6 hours) and then when I release the device, the stretch is miter limited, and by the next day I’m back to what I was at the beginning of the previous day. I’ve gone from 7-8, and back to about 7 after taking the device off. Has anyone else experienced this?
2) Suggestions on weights/Hanging? Looking for devices I can comfortably wear all day.
Makes sense. It's just strange to get that feeling of something just releasing at a certain point that is so dramatic. I was worried that maybe I was overstretching, but I don't experience any pain or discomfort. Has me wondering if I'm only really getting gains when I hit that point, and that the 2-3 stretches I get a different points on most days isn't really doing anything.
