Hi, I'm 38, my BMI is 27 and my body fat is 22%. I'm not very gold measuring the Girth and length. After multiple measuring, I'm getting 4.5 inches, I think in my 20s, I might've able to hit 5 inches.

I'm back in the dating market, I would like to resume and increase length and Girth. Can you guys please help, I read about the surgery and its regret. Can someone teach or introduce some techniques and tools? I've brought some $ 300 extenders 5 years ago. Also, I don't have kids, so I'm very scared to injury my penile and hurt my fertile.

All PE endeavors come with risk, either you do the proper research and have at it, or drop the idea altogether. There are risks with manual PE exercises, especially injury to the penis when exercises are done excessively or strenuously. I'd check out Thundersplace for more info in that regard.

Surgery (and non-surgical methods) also have their risks, naturally. This is why becoming an informed decision maker is paramount.

educate your self and go slow and you wont get injured. most people find there way onto thunders board for PE exercises and ideas and so on. We do share a lot to here as well. but that is all they do their .
Go slow and try all the different methods until you see what you like the most then go at it constantly for 6months and do not stop. Its like working out, you wont get results if you arent consistent.

Not sure of your height and weight, but that’s a high BMI. I think your body fat is higher than you think it is based off your BMI alone. I think you should focus on weight loss first. I’m sure that fat pad is thicc, thicc. Weight loss alone will give you length. You can have the biggest Dick, but the person you’re interested in don’t know that. They will see you first. Gotta work on that weight. Makes the face look more attractive as well because you can see the bone structure when thinner.
