I hope more do chime in. This site is devoted to the topic of surgical/non-surgical medical enhancement, but manual PE exercising is still very much a part of the program. Assuming you're not already familiar with PEGym & Thundersplace, those sites may be more up your alley for detailed exercise regimens.
Appreciate that! I’ll give those a look. Seems like the biggest key to gains is perseverance and consistency with a routine. I was curious to see if there was some similar routines and experiences that yielded best results. I’ll be getting PMMA, but though it may be best to start incorporating routine for any length gains prior. Ideally for me any devices would be best worn overnight as my job and family would allow time for much else.
I have a curve that if measured with a straight ruler takes off an Inch of length... I’m curious if any luck in improving slight curvature and whether attempt to fix it prior to PMMA..

that is because this one doesn't stop bloodflow to the glans and also can tuck into my waistband
sometimes I miss a day and for this I have both the restorex and the adnropenis...I like the restorex the most and I have another post about how to use it comfortably...
the gold standard for doing stretching is 9 hours a day for 300 days+
some outliers seem to get up to 1.5" length and the worst are .5" and 1" average...there is some nominal Girth reported...

routine i been doing for about a year straight with 0 days missed

use my Hanger for 3 20 min sessions with 5 min breaks in between sessions, workout, after workout take a bath and use my bathmate for 30-40 mins, i start with a light pump let it sit 10 mins, then pump it a little more and let it sit another 10 mins then 1 more final pump which i make sure is the most intense
after my bath i jelque for 10 mins then put on my Cock ring
then before bed i use my ADS to do in between the cheeks Hanging, i do 2 20 min sessions with 5 min breaks inbetween
(yes before i hang i use a heating pad)
then on my rest days i still do jelquing and wear my Cock ring so basically i never take a day off
i also take L arginine and bluegreen algae cause i read a article that said its spose to help with penis gains
