Here is a before and after photo I wanted to share.

This is after about 1.5 years of regular very consistent PE. The photo on the left I measured at 7.5 x 6 bpel and the photo on the right I measure at 8.25 x 6.25 bpel. Unfortunately, I dont actually have a measurement comparison but the difference is pretty apparent.
My routine is Sunday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday off.
I do a 12 week cycle of 12 weeks on then two weeks off.
I also had a planned 3 month decon break.
I use an air pump for 10 min 5hg-
Restriction band 10 min-
2.5 hour in extender-
20 min air pump 5hg-
Restriction band 10 min-
2.5 hour in extender-
30 min air pump 5hg-
Restriction band 10 min.-
Total of 5 hours in extender a day, 1 hour total pump time, and 30 min of max erection in a restriction band. Restriction band is probably kinda similar to clamping I guess but not as intense.
Gains have slowed to a standstill. I plan on taking another 3 to 4 month decon break soon. I have 6 weeks left in my current cycle.
