Hello all! 23yr insecure, frightened male here...

3 months ago I think I suffered a penis injury. I overstreched it while I was doing some Jelqing exercises. Yes I am ashamed and insecure of myself, now even more... While I pushed the flacid penis down (with not a lot of force) i felt a sharp but not so intense pain at the right base of the penis. Nothing swollen, nothing visualy wrong. But the pain remained and its still present... It hurts when I move the penis down or to the side. Basically any stretching hurts in the same place (ingiunal region - near the base). Other symptoms are also: dificulty lifting legs more than 30 deegres, twisting my body(torso) ,when going to the toilet (bowel), laying on one side when sleeping, lifting things from the ground, deep breathing, or any stretching of abdomen... All I can do right now is walking. I went to some doctors which didnt really agree on the diagnosis. So far I have damaged fascia, penis fracture, damaged suspensory ligament, ingiunal hernia (which ultrasound was negative- also no visual bumps) or damaged ingiunal nerve.

I am capable of Erection but it hurts when I am moving it more... So I am substaining from masturbation and any sexual activity. I also have a little left curve on my penis which was present before, but now I think it maybe got a little bit worse. I know I may be imagining that, altough when I try to straighten it really hurts!

Right now I am visiting a physio doing some laser, ultrasound, cross friction massage therapy. And its probably a little better but I am still so worried :/ Just the thought that I it will never be the same or that will hurt for the rest of my life is really depressing...

My questions are- did anyone had or has similar symptoms ? Can anyone tell me a possible diagnosis? Maybe damaged corpus cavernosum? Should I do an MRI or something similar? Like cavernosography? What should I do? :/

Thanks to anyone who will take the time!

I'm sorry to hear that. Don't be ashamed, some call it insecurity, others can call it self-improvement. A few questions:

You didn't mention what you did that would have caused the lower abdomen injury. Was the penis exercising so intense that it could have injured both your penis AND your abdomen? Or something else?

Also, the Doctors you're seeing, are any of them specialists for your type of injury and/or Urologists?

Until I learn more, my initial advice is to let it heal. You're young and that's a strong positive going for you. Avoid sex and masturbation, you may exacerbate the problem if it isn't fully healed. Avoid the temptation to masturbate when having natural or "morning" erections, just wait it off. The fact that you can still get Erect is a positive sign. I would do this for another 3 months at least.

Thank you so much for you time and advices!
No I think I injured only my penis or at the base of the penis by stretching it down. It wasnt really forcefully... But I feel like the pain is spreading in the inguinal region all the way where the apendix is-like ingiunal hernia signs... I v seen some urologists but they really didnt tell me anything useful... Yes I hope it will heal but it scares me because 3 months had already passed altough I may reinjuried it a good month ago. I am really in bad mental shape right now and dont see the point of my life anymore... Sad to say that sex is that important but I/we cant escape nature I guess :/

You simply need to follow my advice. I'd let it heal, don't have at it. I'd cut consumption of things that could inadvertently have a negative impact on your penis, sex life, etc (no adult sites, no dating apps, and limit forum consumption even). Find that time to acquire a new hobby to help pass the time, your youth is what'll make odds of full recovery very high.

Also another symptom is hard flacid (not all the time) and lost some Girth at glans (looking smaller and more white instead of red) do you think this is reversible?? :/ I am scared that it will Atrophy more and more and never come back...

Again, you're young and you can heal. You're over-thinking your situation, and it's a pointless rabbit hole and you need to stick to my advice. If you feel there is indeed a medical problem, have it assessed by a specialist. If he says there is no Atrophy or whatever it is you fear, then accept it. I have a feeling your doctors would have noticed the glans issue, and short of malpractice, I suspect you're finding any and every little reason to freak out--> STOP. Things will be okay.

The ONLY time you should dwell on your unit is when you monitor its health. Use time in the bathroom (shower, bath, or urination) to inspect it, and THAT'S IT. Get it off your mind and out of your hands and find constructive, healthy things to do with your time. I also would recommend cutting forum consumption out as well, while we're always here to talk, I'm afraid there isn't much more you can get out of it for now. Check in once in a while to let us know how you're doing, but daily or weekly consumption may only serve to perpetuate the obsessing in your case.

Again, please take my advice for now, and good luck.
