Hello all! 23yr insecure, frightened male here...
3 months ago I think I suffered a penis injury. I overstreched it while I was doing some
Jelqing exercises. Yes I am ashamed and insecure of myself, now even more... While I pushed the flacid penis down (with not a lot of force) i felt a sharp but not so intense pain at the right base of the penis. Nothing swollen, nothing visualy wrong. But the pain remained and its still present... It hurts when I move the penis down or to the side. Basically any stretching hurts in the same place (ingiunal region - near the base). Other symptoms are also: dificulty lifting legs more than 30 deegres, twisting my body(torso) ,when going to the toilet (bowel), laying on one side when sleeping, lifting things from the ground, deep breathing, or any stretching of abdomen... All I can do right now is walking. I went to some doctors which didnt really agree on the diagnosis. So far I have damaged fascia, penis fracture, damaged suspensory ligament, ingiunal hernia (which ultrasound was negative- also no visual bumps) or damaged ingiunal nerve.
I am capable of
Erection but it hurts when I am moving it more... So I am substaining from masturbation and any sexual activity. I also have a little left curve on my penis which was present before, but now I think it maybe got a little bit worse. I know I may be imagining that, altough when I try to straighten it really hurts!
Right now I am visiting a physio doing some laser, ultrasound, cross friction massage therapy. And its probably a little better but I am still so worried :/ Just the thought that I it will never be the same or that will hurt for the rest of my life is really depressing...
My questions are- did anyone had or has similar symptoms ? Can anyone tell me a possible diagnosis? Maybe damaged corpus cavernosum? Should I do an MRI or something similar? Like cavernosography? What should I do? :/
Thanks to anyone who will take the time!
