You have to get a finger up your butt and your prostate has to be enlarged

While I dont know how I feel about prostate play, i pretty sure it's not enlarged. How do i get it of i just want to hang lower?

It’s not common practice to prescribe alpha blockers for Flaccid gain so unless you can a doctor to agree with you on that matter you can’t. You might want to ask one of the doctors on this page, but without a prostate issue your local pcp/Urologist probably won’t prescribe it to you
