I was also thinking about purchasing the penimaster. I currently do light Hanging with a silicone cup. I used to do the BibHanger at over 12lbs. but had horrible ED so I stopped.
However, I've heard that the penimaster can start to hurt the glans after an hour or so. I'm really looking to purchase something that I can wear for many hours a day with little to no discomfort. Thoughts?
I haven't used anything different but the vacuum chamber on the penimaster pro is quite comfortable. As long as you take it off every hour or so to make sure the blood is flowing, you are good to go. I typically leave it on for about an hour in one direction (say pointing up) and then switch it to facing down for an hour. Then I take it off when I need to pee and them put it back on afterward.
If I go to 8 or 10 hours, I do notice that my glans swells and can have a white color to it. That is when I need to leave it off for 15 to 30 minutes and then i can continue.
Yeah then I guess the Penimaster is a no go. I work a job where I'm standing for hours at a time and can't be going to the bathroom every hour to take it off and restore blood flow. I'm looking for an ADS/extender that I can potentially wear for hours at a time with little to no discomfort that won't do any damage to my penis.
MOS has a an option. So does Total Man. Auto extender has an option as well; I re-worked it to my liking though, to each their own. Or you can also piece together your own from all these . I use auto sleeves with everything as they are very tacky and stick well.
If you leave it on for too long without removing it (over 2 hours I'd say), the head does get a little swollen and can get white. I just make sure I take it off for about 5 to 10 minutes every 2 hours and it is ok.
@Noxcuse I wear mine way longer than that and dont have a problem, so you are not totally correct. Taking off is still a good idea though: to get things moved around and so on.
Swelling the actual head is not a bad thing either. However, if your vacuum chamber is to big and you are "pumping" your glans/head then expect blisters eventually. * get a size smaller chamber, if this is the case.
I think I kept most of my gains. I did stretching and Hanging weights for 6 years gained 2 inches. Regardless the methods are pretty much all the same. It involves some kind of stretching of the penis involving device or hand. I think it just depends on how long you been doing it. If you gained it quickly then just stop you might lose it. And probably genetics are also involved. Some people just aren’t able to gain any in the first place.
