Im not sure how true this procedure might be but i went as far as contacting the surgeon Mikhail Sokolshchik his website is mdsokol.ru

While I want to think this is legit, the photo is so bizarre. For today\'s technology, why such a grainy & non-color photo? The kind of quality you see in hoax U.F.O. pictures. If the \"Telegraph\" news site isn\'t a tabloid, it\'s still not necessarily immune from erroneous reporting. Not saying for certain that this is a fake news article (heck it could be real and the photo submitted being bogus), but I have my doubts. Thanks for sharing regardless.
