Hey All,

I\'ve been following this board for a little while and am seriously contemplating PMMA. I\'ve been doing manual PE for years (with some success) and ball stretching as well. I\'m still not sold on PMMA, I don\'t think we\'ve got enough historical information with the members on this site, it seems to go back only about two or three years, and I\'d like to see what happens much later in life. I do have slightly swollen lymph nodes and that worries me a little, as it seems to be reabsorbed through the lymphatic system at least partially.

Anyway, as part of my journey, I decided to get fit first. My end goal for PE/PMMA is to increase my self esteem and attractiveness. I figured I owe it to myself first to get in good physical shape. Partially because to prove it to myself that I really want something as serious as PMMA, but also because I\'m curious how I might feel about myself after I\'m in shape. Maybe I won\'t feel like I need PMMA after that, because I feel better overall? Maybe I\'ll still want it and I\'ll see being in good shape and still wanting it as evidence that it\'s really what I wanted and I took the necessary psychological/emotional steps to prove it to myself first.

Is this message board amenable to posting my fitness journey (photos etc of progress)? Or is that too far off topic? I\'ve never been motivated to exercise at all until now, and attaching the \"when I\'m in good shape then I can seriously consider PMMA\" to the whole endeavor is what really seems to have gotten me going. I\'ve done two days of light exercise in a program (you can ask me which it is if you\'d like in PM, I don\'t want to be perceived as advertising anything), and could post possibly weekly pictures of my body (not head/face though) which might help motivate me as well.

What do you think?

Keeping a log and pictures is a great way to stay motivated and see results. It allows you to track your progression and keeps you accountable. I have no issue with it at all.

Great! What about the moderators? I just don\'t want to be posting something perceived as not part of this site\'s goal... to me they\'re connected but I sorta would like a stamp of approval from them.

There are many things in this forum that are not about PE. I completely support you, working in other things besides your Dick to develop you as a complete man before you modify your Dick . Don\'t forget working on who you are also, very important to like who you are also! Good luck!

Here\'s my week zero pics. This is about the worst shape I\'ve been in. I feel fat and weak. I did three workouts already, all beginner stuff. I don\'t want to get too far ahead of myself and end up quitting.

I haven\'t progressed at all here. I\'m just about the same, maybe a little lighter. Problem is my gf feeds me too much. I reached out to avanti and they gave me some dates now I\'ll have to see if I can make it work for any of them.

Getting fit is great for your overall health, your sense of wellbeing and self esteem. I slacked off for a year and a half (did no exercise at all) and last year I had a heart attack! Since then I have been going to the gym regularly and I can honestly say that the regular workouts have helped a lot. My body is starting to get ripped again and I am feeling much more positive. Within another month or two I hope to be starting Bikram Yoga again - I used to do this a few years ago. It\'s an intense cardio workout, but not for the fainthearted as it goes for 90 minutes non-stop in a room at about 40 degrees Celsius.

Good luck with your fitness. If you can stick with it, there are tremendous benefits.

Yup, briceb is a forum Moderator and he approves

As long is it isn\'t in blunt violation of forum rules. Besides... Man Cave and Love, Lust & Vanity were intended for more non-PE topics anyways. I think it\'s a great idea, I need to do something like this as well.

I think briceb may not have been a moderator when I asked about a year ago.

Hey nohidingstyle,

I want to see that - actually I had my first PMMA round 2.5 weeks ago and the reason was to get a bit more confident with continuation with exercises. I\'ll be hitting 40 in a few years (a few like 2-3), I gain 30 Kg (+/- 5 stone) over last 6 years and although I am avoiding sweets, carbs and dairy, I don\'t seem to manage to lose a single pound. I hate the idea of going to gym but to be honest I really can\'t see any other way out. How many times a week and for how long do you intend to exercise? Any special diet? How do you fit the gym hours with your work? Btw. I don\'t want to sound like a perv but you have a quite a bulge there, having that I would not even have started to look for this forum. Looking forward to news on your progress.

That\'s my hand in the background, accidentally makes my bulge look bigger. There is a gym in both my residential building and my office building.
