I've recently turned 18 years old and found out that my growth plates have closed. That means no more height and my bones have stopped growing. Supposedly around this time the penis also stops growing in length, but they (the internet) says I will gain Girth until I'm in my 30's. I used to be four inches and after doing a bit of penile stretching in the past, it grew to about 4.5 (on a good day) but, other days it can shift back down to 4 from the base. Any advice for a young lad on here? I'm planning on doing stretching until im about 25 years old in order to see if I could lock in any more gains as I continue to gain Girth. It's been affecting my mental health quite a bit since society pushes that having a bigger penis validates you as a man. I've even been in situations where, I was fearful to show girls my penis because, I was afraid they would laugh at me and tell our mutual friends. If nothing works out now, I'm sure something very innovative and safe will come around by the time I'm 40.

Don't expect to grow overnight, but if you put 1-2k hours into stretching, you'll see gains. That can be done over the course of 1 year if you are consistent.

After that, you could consider Hanging, which is a more advanced excersize and can wield additional gains.
When you are done with length, you can consider filler for Girth if you are unhappy with that.

Hey man, first off, you're not that small. It's a bit small, but not on the scale of a micro-penis or a two or three incher ... You're only like an Inch or so shy of the mean, and that isn't much.
I'd say keep doing what you're doing as far as stretching -- use an ADS, hang with weights, but don't hurt yourself -- and plan on doing it for life. It's my opinion that this is something more akin to gaining flexibility or muscle: you have to keep going to maintain (although some may disagree with this here).
Other than that, the only thing that you can do is rock it. Women respond to confidence, and many are not very good judges at Dick size. Use it like you're proud of it and there's a good chance she will respond in kind ... if she doesn't and she tells your friends, then own it. Be strong about it. Openly admit it if you have to. Take the power away from anyone who may want to use this against you. People tend to perceive you how you perceive yourself.

Great advice from Gg82 and Jacks10! Careful stretching works - but like the idea that you can do a 3 hr marathon, but only with coordinated sustained effort over time. Plus if you develop the self confidence in yourself and treating a woman well in and out of the bedroom, then size is only important to you, and not even you.

You may not be able to do much to significantly increase the length of your Cock but you have complete control over the appearance of the rest of your body. You’re awfully young. I think most of us would agree that your issue isn’t your penis; it’s your confidence. Every man has to find confidence in his own way, and that’s just a part of the journey. If the size of your penis is inhibiting that, then I encourage you to do PE. In a couple of years, if it’s still important to you, get PMMA.
I think the manual PE route makes a lot more sense than any sort of Phalloplasty, regardless of how proven or effective the Phalloplasty is - and this mainly due to your youth. I always thought if there was a window to max its benefits, it would be while we're still growing (which your penis very well may be) Just NEVER over-do it, and that means both in intensity and frequency.
