(1.) How much Girth/circumference can you achieve with Girth enhancement injections?
Depends on how much fillers we use. The objective is to enhance penile circumference by one Inch, typically achievable with the appropriate amount of filler.

It feels soft and natural.


(3.) How does the P-Long compare with Injectable Girth Enhancement? What are the pros & cons of each?
P-Long uses your body’s own natural cells and growth factors to stimulate an increase in size, along with the penile traction device and oral supplements. Injectable Girth Enhancement uses an injectable filler to give an immediate increase to the Girth of the penis.

There are several advantages to opting for the P-Long treatment. Firstly, it utilizes plasma extracted directly from your own body, making it the most natural option available. Additionally, this treatment is specifically designed to enhance both the length and Girth of the penis. This treatment can take 2-12 weeks for the patient to see results.

On the other hand, Injectable Girth Enhancement offers the advantage of the results being immediately visible. This procedure primarily emphasizes Girth size, producing a more significant increase in Girth compared to other treatments.

Both procedures are relatively well-tolerated and can typically be completed in approximately 30-45 minutes.

(4.) How many sessions can a patient expect to achieve an ideal result?
The increase in Girth during each session is influenced by the amount of filler administered. Typically, the best results are achieved after 1 to 3 sessions.


(5.) How long will filler injections take? What kind of anesthesia or sedatives are used?
Penile filler typically takes 30 minutes to prepare and inject, making it the quickest way to see an increase in Girth. A topical anesthetic is applied to the penis prior to injection and the fillers are blended with lidocaine, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients.

Girth injections maintain the natural feel and sensitivity of the penis, preserving its functionality post-fillers. While complications are rare, it is advisable to refrain from any self-pleasure activities for the first week following the injections.

If I get HA filler and it eventually all dissolves will I have excess skin to deal with ?

Those are great questions! It is highly unlikely that you will have excess skin once the HA fillers dissolve, unless an unusually large amount of fillers is administered. As for maintenance, that all depends on the patients size goals! Typically, maintenance is recommended once per year, but it is usually less filler than the original injection, hence making that session more economical in cost.

(7.) How long can you wait before resuming intimacy or strenuous activity after Girth injections?
After undergoing penile filler treatment, it's advisable to wait a week before engaging in any intimate activities involving the penis. Additionally, we recommend waiting at least three weeks before partaking in any strenuous physical activities. Prioritizing a proper recovery period is essential for optimal results.


(8.) Can you gain length from Girth injections?
There is a possibility of experiencing a mild increase in length when opting for Girth injections. While the primary focus of Girth injections is to enhance thickness, some individuals may observe subtle gains in length as well.


(9.) Is there risk of Filler Migration in the penile shaft to other parts of the genitals or other parts of the body?
The chance of filler migration within the shaft is generally rare, but our skilled and experienced injectors strategically place the fillers to minimize this risk. There is no risk for filler migration to other parts of the body.

(10.) Are there any circumstances in which a patient cannot undergo the P-Long Protocol?
Those with a penile implant are not a candidate for P-Long. It is rare for a patient to not be a candidate for the P-long protocol, since everything that is injected is from the patient's own body. However, this is why we have our provider assess you prior to any procedures to ensure candidacy.


(11.) Is it possible to undergo the P-Long Protocol after having received Girth injections? How will the Doctor know how deep to inject the PRP if there is Dermal Filler present?
Yes, since we follow strict disinfecting and sanitizing protocols prior to procedure. The depth of the injection will be aided with ultrasound, which our providers have been trained in.


(12.) Will a detailed set of instructions be provided to the patient? And for how long will the patient need to remain prescribed to this regimen in order to see benefits in both length and Girth?
Yes, prior to treatment a consent form will be provided to review and sign, which lists important information for the P-Long treatment. Post-care instructions will also be provided. The P-Long is a six month protocol that does require dedicated effort and consistency for the entire duration of the six months. For optimal results, we recommend following the full length of the six month program.

(13.) What to expect on Procedure Day?
After checking in, the patient would be taken back to a treatment room. If a consultation hasn't been completed yet, we would start with this. Patients who desire treatment on the same day as consultation are welcomed. If proceeding with treatment, we would proceed with a blood draw and apply numbing to ensure a comfortable treatment experience. When the treatment is ready, we will proceed with a series of quick injections. The treatment itself is quick and easy! (14.) Blunt-Tip Cannula vs Needle Injections?
Does Dr. Lee have a preference, or does he use both based on circumstances? - Answer: My preference is Blunt-Tip Cannula. BA Cannula offers a safer and better treatment experience.


(15.) What makes a good candidate?
Anyone who is looking for an increase in size is a good candidate!
Use of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to aid gains (muscle increase) - thoughts in general? - Answer: If this is in reference to gaining size of the penis, then yes, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) works great for size increase, it just takes longer. Filler results are immediate!

(16.) P-Long is known to use Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), but do you also use PRP to aid gains when performing injectable fillers (i.e. Girth enhancement)?
Dermal fillers enhance the penile size and can be combined with PRP treatments (P-Shot) to further enhance function and sensitivity as well. It will depend on what the patients goals are and their overall budget. It is important to speak with your doctor about your goals to receive a tailored treatment plan unique to you.


(17.) Can you tell us more about your P-Shot and its benefits?
P-Shot is a non-surgical procedure that uses Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) taken from a patient's own blood, to improve sensitivity, erectile function, and overall sexual well being. PRP helps increase blood flow, sensitivity and may reduce symptoms of Erectile Dysfunction (ED) in some patients. This treatment is a natural resource from the body and is minimally invasive. It is important to speak with your doctor to see if P-Shot is the right treatment for you.


(18.) Do you have a preference for circumcisions when men come in to get procedures performed?
Regarding Girth enhancements, I do not have a preference for whether a patient is Circumcised or not, or what type.

To answer your question, in the past, we have typically used Radiesse filler. However, the type of filler would ultimately be determined upon on a case-by-case basis. The decision for what filler, how much and what areas will be treated, would be provided by Dr. Lee during a consultation.

Prices are generally discouraged from being posted mostly due to three factors:

1. Prices are subject to change.
2. Prices also vary based on each individual's needs -- not only the procedure/filler type, but volume injected will vary sometimes drastically between one patient & another, making any stand alone quote more of an estimate than an actual price quote.
3. Taking the previous two reasons into consideration, if someone posted pricing from 2 years ago that was nothing more than a touch-up, it can give any new reader (who unbeknownst to them were the aforementioned bullet points) the false impression of the appropriate value, leading to confusion and contention. An example of this was when men came across old Avanti Derma posts that had pricing from 2012, which has only gone up due to supply & demand + inflation, and accused the Clinic of bait & switching costs because of what that person "read online." As you can see this can be problematic, and it's ultimately best to reach out to the Clinic directly for real-time pricing.

Also, Radiesse is an interesting (and PhalloBoards endorsed) Dermal Filler as it is not as common in Girth enhancement despite it being quite viable. It shares similar characteristics to both Ellanse (by having microspheres that eventually dissipate) and Hyaluronic Acid (also known as HA, both Radiesse & HA having comparable lifespans based on projections from their manufacturers).

As you can see, Radiesse is their preferred filler (virtually every Clinic has their preferred filler, there is no Holy Grail option), but that they are open to the employment of other brands/fillers if they see the patient's goal(s) warrant it. Some have even considered Radiesse blends, I'd be curious to know if Dr. Lee's office considers this as well.

In addition to Dr. Lee's response, I'd like to add that while few Clinics may offer "packages" involving a set number of syringes, it's most effective to allow the Physician to tailor the procedure through in-person consultation & evaluation. This is because there are so many factors (shaft length available, patient's goals, among other things) that there is no "one-size fits all" amount of volume on a first appointment.

I've found historically that men who tend to have the most regrets went into their 1st appointment with rigid requirements and/or impractical goals. Those who have historically found a higher rate of satisfaction are those who defer to the Practitioner's recommendations in conjunction with their (patient's) goals, assuming they're reasonable of course.

My education began at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, where I double majored in Pre Professional Studies and Mathematics, then culminating with a Bachelor of Science, May 2004. I then moved to Puerto Rico and obtained my Medical Degree at the Ponce School of Medicine in June 2008 and underwent General Surgery training at various hospitals such as the University of Florida and University of Colorado. First and foremost, we do not offer surgically invasive procedures in our clinic; we specialize in non-surgical treatments. That said, for sexual enhancement treatments, we offer Bone Marrow Aspiration (BMA) Therapy, an enhanced version of the P-Shot, in which we use regenerative cells found in bone marrow instead of Platelet-Rich Plasma to promote tissue growth, strengthen erections, and help men with ED. (21.) In a prior Q&A, you say that Radiesse is your filler of choice for those who are not doing the P-Long protocol; what are all the other options available should Dr. Lee find it suitable for a given patient (e.g. Hyaluronic Acid, Bellafill, Fat, etc)?
Radiesse is our preferred filler for penile enhancement. Unless a client specifically requests a different filler, Radiesse remains our primary treatment option. If a different filler is desired, this must be discussed during a consultation. While we carry a variety of fillers, most may not be suitable for this type of procedure. Alternative options will be determined after further discussion of the client's goals.

Radiesse is made from a synthetic version of calcium hydroxyapatite, a substance that is found in the bones naturally. Radiesse will stimulate the production of new collagen. The body will eventually absorb the Radiesse, but the natural collagen that it created will remain in place to deliver a long lasting result.
