I\'ve tried natural PE in the past (with not so good results) but jelquing was included in a lot of routines.
I think you\'re more prone to injury. Some guys reported things like decreased EQ, softer glans, etc., which may have been attributed to Jelqing. Big thread on thunders, see post by deeppurple9.There was a Urologist (from Korea I think, I forget his name) that specialized in treating things like Venous Leak... and this was a doctor who DID believe that PE could work, like stretching and pumping, but specifically warned about the danger of Jelqing. I posted this quote on PEGym and initially got a \"warning\" about this being \"damning\" of jelquing without evidence, and ultimately got banned for it. Meanwhile, Thunder (the moderator) always allowed this open discussion about injuries etc. Anyway that\'s why I favor thunders. And BTW, I think the \"pumping 101\" thread (by avocet8, I think) is probably one of the best intro threads on pumping. Some guys may be fine with Jelqing, just be aware there could be risks. I personally would stick with stretching or pumping--both of these have even been used in clinical studies.
I forget how long I did manual PE, maybe a year. Gained a small amount of length and very little bit in Girth, and that was a lot of effort.Cheers,
I don't know if what you're doing is the best idea, plus it must also be medically safe. I have heard of many cases when men have wrinkled to enlarge their penis, but due to incorrect preparations, they have become impotent. From this point of view, it would be good to look for some natural remedies to get rid of the complexes you have. A friend of mine told me about
mensclinictoronto.ca/penis-enlargement-toronto/ . You can also try, but do not forget that much more important is quality and not quantity.
