Thanks man. my issue though is length and theres no real safe way to add length except stretching,Jelqing, etc..which ive tried

If your main issue is length, then PMMA is not the way to go.
I know you said you have already tried it, but stretching and Hanging are the ways to add length. I would stay away from the lig cut.
