I agree... have we lost sight of the fact that even a 0.25\" gain in circumference is actually significant? It really is, both volumetrically and tangibly significant!!! I know you have your reasons, but you\'ve admitted that if it wasn\'t for this forum you wouldn\'t have even considered such a procedure. In many ways that is a terrible indictment of the forum, as it seem that, due to it\'s existence, guys are actually being incentivised to undergo PE procedures, of which little is really known regarding long term complication rates. It was never meant to be like this. Also you talk about insane sized girths and though you don\'t directly suggest you got this goal as a result of reading the forum, anyone who has been here from the early days can see that as time has passed, the sizes guys are aspiring to are getting bigger and bigger and the amount of PMMA that guys are prepared to have injected has dramatically increased.

When this procedure was first discussed here, it was seen as an enhancement, rather than enlargement and most of our members were extremely skeptical and there was a very healthy amount caution displayed. Now it seems as if the forum have become an incentive for guys to risk perfectly good sized and healthy penis\'s in pursuit of monstrous enlargements, with little in regards to caution and little is needed to convince themselves their decision to do this is based on sound reasoning.

Things have gone terribly wrong if the forum has guys considering going from 4.8\" to 7\" Girth.
