TOPIC: Rogaine foam

Has anyone tried rogaine foam for thinning hair? Does it actually work? Most ppl I talk to dont seem to think it causes a good cosmetic growth. Propecia is not an option for me.

Miracle - u said u shaved your head a few years after getting a hair transplant? Have u ever tried rogaine or lipogaine for your thinning hair? Are u considering another transplant in the future?

Yes I use Rogaine and it has worked for me. I began to notice thinning at the crown several years ago and have been using Rogaine for about 4 years. The emerging balding area stopped losing hair and is now 50% thicker and fuller. I only apply one dose to my crown daily and am pleased with results. Rogaine apparently works best when started early to combat baldness. If you are already bald it probably won\'t work.
