I have been considering have penis enlargement surgery and I want to know if there are really any permanent ways to enlarge your penis safely? I have read PMMA and am implant are the most permanent way. But there are not very many people in the US that do PMMA . Mostly in Mexico they do it , and no offense I am not sure I would trust anyone in Mexico. I know that SEL is one place that offers PMMA. Is the beat way to gain length to have your suspincetory ligament cut and do weight training/ stretch it to lengthen it ? I would love to have a penis that is 8-10 inches long and really fat . Can you recommend anyone to me ? Oh and then there is dermal grafting I think is what it’s called is another way .

You're best bet is to review a lot of the progress reports both here and on the previous PhalloBoards forum (PhalloBoards 2.0) to get a better feel for PMMA. I'm not sure if you meant "S-L-E" instead of "SEL" but I'd avoid them at all costs, not a legitimate operation. Mexico hosts one of the world's most experienced clinics in girth enhancement (Avanti Derma) and so I wouldn't write them off right away.

To be honest, any notion of an 8 to 10 inch penis is unrealistic, and lengthening itself is lucky to yield anything in excess of an inch in erect length. Stick to more realistic goals and you may find yourself in a better place.
