Sounds good. Went on the site but can\'t read that language lol. The glads on the before and after pics were impressive though. If this really works then it should be a one time every five to ten years for a reup. Also you can go however large you want. This procedure will save time and money.

Other methods, such as injection of a filler type Hyaluronic Acid (HA) or fat itself. It is safer than surgery. But there is a limit to how long it will last for a short time. (Less than 1 year) and often develop penile defects later on, because HA and fats often break down easily, and they migrate and diffuse from the injection site into the tissue.

I would love to know what the product is! It sounds very interesting, and the before/after pictures are pretty good, especially of the glans.
They say it costs 15,000 baht. Hell, that\'s only $457.

Dude that\'s a great result, I would like to see a few examples of them at the 3 or 6 month mark. The cost in U.S. dollars for a full session with the max amount would be like $1500.....well plus the flight/hotel there. Still a screaming deal!

\"MATERIALS AND METHODS:
From March 2010 to October 2011, a total of 20 patients with a mean age of 44 years (interquartile range, 20~70 years) who requested penile augmentation participated in this study. Lipen-10' filler is a mixture of 75% cross-linked dextran, 15% PMMA, and 10% hypromellose solution. With the patient in the supine position, Lipen-10' was injected into the subcutaneous tissue between the Dartos fascia and Buck\'s fascia of the penis using a fanning technique. Penile length and circumference were measured before the procedure and six, 12, and 18 months after the procedure. Values were compared using the Student\'s t-test and the paired t-test.

RESULTS:
A total of 15 patients completed this study. The increases in circumference and length observed six months after the procedure were found to have been maintained without change at 12 and 18 months of follow-up. At 12 and 18 months of follow-up, no abnormal findings were observed. Pelvic magnetic resonance imaging conducted at 18 months of follow-up showed no trace of the injected filler having migrated to other sites, and the volume was well maintained.\"

Hmmmm sounds good and looks good ......hopefully we can get some doctors to chime in.

So the glans patent document does not specify what they are using but it does say this:

The filler is preferably a substance that flows as little as possible into the Corpus Spongiosum after injection into the lamina propria. This is because the filler can cause serious side effects if even a small amount of the filler is injected into the general venous system. Therefore, a filler having a high collagen-stimulating function, such as a PMMA or dextranomer, is preferred when compared to a filler having no collagen-stimulating function such as the Hyaluronic Acid. This is because a filler including PMMA or dextranomer as the main component, for example, and a filler having a high collagen-stimulating function, such as LIPEN (trade name), has functions which prevent the filler components from flowing around after injection and help the glans augmentation effect remain for a longer time.

Then why don\'t we use PMMA in the glans? My main focus is finding the best of the best glans enhancement. Next to a large Girth spreading the internal part of the clitoris surrounding the vaginal canal the glans is the 2nd most stimulating factor #1 actually for g-spot stimulation. I\'m planning on getting 2cc of HA with Dr. Morales in a couple weeks. If lipen-10 is a better alternative for longer lasting effects I wonder why it\'s not an option at Dr. C office? Maybe they have Intel we don\'t or maybe just no experience with it and therefore use what they are used too?

@smalljay have had bad outcome with Lipen-D. His work was done by Dr.Cho. I think it\'s not worth the risks of injecting any permanent substance in the glans.

I\'m trying to remember, didn\'t he say that at the time of the procedure the Dr. didn\'t wash his hands and some other non sanitary issue? I think I would like to have a scratch test done with whatever products where going to be used and go from there because if you have no reaction then it comes down to technique and sanitation.

If lipen is involved, let someone else test it out before you. Dr. G-Cho is the one who worked on both Smalljay and myself. We had shit results.

What was your story with It? I\'m interested in the product but with what you said about you and smallJ having bad outcome because the doctor I\'d find a doc somewhere in on this continent to apply it, granted the doctor has sufficient experience and at least a similar product being administered in a similar way.
