TOPIC: Macrolane only for flaccid really

Hi I\'ve been in contact with two reputable enough surgeons in ireland and in germany who offer macrolane penis enlargement.

Both of them say that the increase in size is only significant in the Flaccid state and that the increase in Erect thickness can be little to none.


Just thought I\'d post that and if anyone has had experience with macrolane that suggests otherwise please post your experience here somewhere.

Thanks for sharing what you\'ve learned through those who perform the procedure. It\'s refreshing that they are upfront about what to expect, which isn\'t always the case in penile cosmetic surgeries.
