True, but a lack of permanency has its advantages too:
(1) No need to worry about being "stuck" with an unsatisfactory result for a lifetime, and corrections/revisions can imitate said "hamster wheel";
(2) Temporary fillers seem to be lasting longer in the penis, with some reports 2+ years out without any significant loss (this will vary per person to person);
(3) HA in particular has the best safety profile among the fillers endorsed by the PhalloBoards.

I'm not knocking permanent fillers (heck, I have some myself), but temporary options have proven to have their strong advantages. Some of the more current trends are guys trying out temporary fillers first before deciding on whether or not they (a) want to continue with temporary fillers; (b) move onto permanent fillers; or (c) discontinue fillers altogether. In other words, the temporary filler also let's you "test drive" before making any long-term commitments, temporary, permanent, or otherwise.

I’ve done extensive homework, and based on both options, I prefer to not stay on the hook. And 2 years of results is a long stretch. The material used is on the decline from day one.

I have 20ml Voluma injected by Morganstern, and Dr Carney said it lasts MUCH longer than a year - he said I'd probably have to 'top up' after at least 2 years.

He is speaking from experience, so I trust him. He said the primary reason for this is the sheer amount that is being injected. With faces, people inject 1 or 2 ml, but with this we're routinely putting in 10-20-30 even more. He likened it to a block of ice or snow on the sidewalk surviving high temperatures very long times: The volume injected is simply huge, compared to the surface area through which it is lost.

True, however said-decline varies person to person. Some experience retention longer than others, and top-offs aren't "full rounds." In other words, if you get 20 cc's your first round, you may only need 10cc's (less cost) in subsequent rounds depending on your level(s) of retention.

Absolutely, I implore all readers to weigh their options and make an informed decision, good luck!

I wanted to ask if being uncircumcised would be an issue with the 10-20cc’s that doctors inject?

I read in the past that because of the skin moving around so much with uncircumcised guys, doctors prefer to only do 10cc.

Heya! New here but can confirm Voluma can last beyond 3 years. I had 14ml of it injected in May 2019 (London) and still have a lot of it

In addition, his numbers on improvements are all based on measurements after just a few days' worth of time after the injections. For example he reports an increase from 4.5 to 5.25 with just 10mL, which isn't realistic, but it is when you realize that his Dick was probably still pretty swollen when he measured it (which was the day after his injection). This is confirmed by the fact that after the second 10mL he only reports an increase to 5.5".

General knowledge in this forum seems to indicate that at the slightly-above-average lengths of 6-6.25, you can expect about 0.4" increase in Girth per 10mL, provided you start from a reasonably average point.

My Dick looks almost identical to that guy's Dick (I'm 6" length instead of 6.25", but 4.75" Girth instead of 4.5", and my head is probably the same size) so I think I'm also a good candidate for fillers.

I find it hard to give too much credit to any posts with a clear commercial agenda ( noting that this forum itself is "influenced"). However I've had fairly good HA results, with a similar startingvprofile (EL 6.5, EG 4.75", Circumcised) and can confirm:

- A gain of 0.75" from 4.75" to 5 5" from a first round of 12ml Voluma Juvederm (Androfil, London)
- No noticable loss after 4 months, took about 2 months for the HA to settle...seems to "integrate" a bit?
- A decent shape flacid and Erect. I aimed for a slight taper towards the base.
- Flacid aesthetic is good

My only complaint is that the filler is not as firm as I had hoped. Intially my partner described it as 'squishy" whereas before my shaft was hard. It has settled down a bit and I've been able to compensate by providing extra firmness with a Cock ring or occasionally viagra.

I will post a proper progress reporr with pics as soon as I can find the time.

A new video submission by Dr. Shafer, kind of like one of those TikTok shorts except this one is probably too risqué for the mainstream :lol: B)

It'll be the 4th (bottom) video in his Directory Listing - I found it to be humorous with a clever editing cut, but more importantly, it shows how truly gentle the technique is when the cannula bends and conforms to your shaft as product is being layered -- a really good close up for those who are curious about what the Doctor sees. I can also tell how experienced he is, indicated by his form, delivery, and how symmetrical the unit remains despite a good amount of volume clearly having been injected prior to this specific clip.

Also, this is all under local anesthesia so the patient is awake but feels no pain during the procedure, and typically is fully healed in a week or two's time.

Dr. Shafer typically does Hyaluronic Acid (HA) but has confirmed to offer Bellafill (PMMA) for those who prefer permanent options. Both fillers have their pros & cons, seek a consultation with either him or his associate Dr. Hussain for details on which type might be best for you.
