I think he probably just referring to the Flaccid length gained from the filler, il be surprised if it's anything else.

Not sure, but I just sent a query to them. I know Ray told me back in October that they were experimenting with a lot of things... I know SO said he asked them to join as a sponsor, I hope they do.

So it seems like most in this thread are against PMMA, is there a reason why?
