Actually the top 0.01 by total volume. Given that, I\'d say insane to take the risk.

Good luck.

In the USA, Voluma comes straight from Allergan. There is no wholesaler or distributor. I don\'t know what country nothiding style is in, but that is the price in the usa.

Metacrill and Linnea Safe are a lot cheaper, but they are completely on lockdown and not available to people without a medical license - and they are not available to anyone in the USA at all because they are not FDA approved and those two manufacturers cannot ship here. So whatever filler is $60/cc that will ship to a non-MD and to someone in the USA (if that is where he is) - I would be skeptical of it for many reasons.

I had \"real\" Linnea Safe in Tijuana that basically destroyed my Dick, which there are many pictures documenting in my old threads. So, personally, I am going to be careful where I purchase filler and that is the main point of my post.

I wouldn\'t trust this supplier for $60/cc. Remember real HA (voluma) is $400/cc. Belotero is around $350.

That is not true. In poorer countries like mine, HA costs about 170 USD per cc and that includes the doctors fee and overhead for the hospital/cabinet. The wholesale price for Voluma is about 110 USD and that includes 20% VAT. If you have contract and buy volumes price is significantly less.

Things can go wrong that you wouldn\'t even think of now.

Imagine a cannula bending to the point where it gets stuck inside your Dick - or even snaps off inside your Dick. I\'m not fear mongering. Needles snap all the time and flexible cannulas are very weak, especially over 25g.

What has getting it tested got to do with injection technique?

Also, where is he supposed to get it tested? It\'s not just bacteria that he needs to be concerned about. Particle size and smoothness are also key to the quality of the PMMA. No lab in the US is going to be able to tell him that. He\'d have to have an expert, like Prof Lemperle, view it under a scope.

All this would cost thousands of $.

Yeah. Listen to people who tell you that all they do is inject it under the skin. Good fucking luck with that.

The senior author has presented this technique in medical meetings under the name Exact Implantation Technology (EIT). Using the EIT, the Buck fascia is easily identi?ed, and the PMMA suspension is deposited overlying the Buck fascia at the level of the deep Dartos fascia. The PMMA suspension injected overlying the Buck fascia leaves the super?cial Dartos fascia untouched, and the alveolar gliding space is preserved, maintaining the gliding of the skin over the implant or of the implant over the Buck fascia. The implants were positioned in direction of the base and the corona, in individual drops, slightly overlapping but avoiding ridges.

My advice is to test the product when you get it to see if it\'s real. However you get it tested is critical. That way you\'ll know to go forward on DIY. Listen Dude all they do is inject right under the skin then massage it through out the shaft. Ppl talking about uneven or lumps is funny because I\'ve seen guys get their Dick done by professionals on this forum and still have to go back 4-5 times to get it even or lumps removed. I mean every doctor that has been mentioned on this forum has fucked up someones Dick. Their goal is not to make you satisfied on the first round but to get you back 4-5 times. This is how they make their money. If they give everyone what they want on the first round then they lose out on thousands of dollars. This is also why so little product is injected. The swelling and other fluids is what gives it the illusion of bigger. Maybe you have more Balls than me because i had my order in hand then chicken out. I might go for it again though lol

Im not worried about the pain. I had some sensory tests done and my tolerance is off the scale they applied. It's good point though. And it's not the $ I really hate traveling and will do anything I can to avoid it.

There is no way you will be able to reach all the angles that Dr C, who has done hundreds of sessions, to distribute the PMMA evenlly and properly, you don\'t even know where to inject like a Dr does!
You will have to start with injections to reduce pain and swelling, do you even know how to do that? I am certain you will make major mistakes if you DIY. Is it money you want to save? When you mess it up, then what will you do? spend $$$$ to get it removed? Sorry man, I think it is crazy to do it yourself and extremely dangerous. Just go to Dr C and overall you will be better off....
my 0.000002 cents! LOL

Thanks briceb. Yes, helpful. The distributor was linked to here in another thread. They have a lot of products available. Some HA, some PMMA, some mixed and some other products too. The one I contacted them about is a mix, considered not permanent, but long lasting. They're charging $60/1.2ml and I assume that's considered $60/cc. I am also considering approaching my Urologist about it.

I wouldn\'t do PMMA by yourself. It\'s permanent. What cannula did you get? Dermasculpt cannulas are hard to control. You won\'t get it as precise as you want. If you do it, I wouldn\'t go over 5 cc of 10%...and only for small corrections. We\'ve seen irregularities from doctor c - so in your hands (without any experience), it could be lumpy or uneven...and then what would you do? You can\'t dissolve it like HA. The stuff does not break up easily. The dermasculpt cannulas certainly couldn\'t break it - they bend very easily.

How are any of these companies selling to you? The companies that make metacrill and linnea safe are not in the USA or willing to sell to MDs in the USA. The distributors have that stuff on lock down because they don\'t want people self-injecting.

HA self-injecting seems more reasonable as long as you have Hyaluronidase available. There is no version of Hyaluronidase for PMMA and that\'s the main issue.

Go to Dr. C instead. While I might possibly understand someone self-injecting HA I can\'t say the same for PMMA... its permanent. There is also a precise technique... Dr C published a medical paper on the specific technique... I forget the name but he references it in his 500 patient PMMA study.

Ok. First things first, it is probably a bad idea to attempt to do it yourself. True, it is not rocket science, but I can just see it going wrong. You won\'t hear me argue against getting enlargement with a bigger Dick. I was in the same boat, so I get it. Just know that you aren\'t going to get your Dick to 15\" long, but if you do you have to promise to tell me how you did it. haha

That being said, you do not need a new cannula for each injection. Dr. C uses an injection gun with a cannula tip. Each new syringe is fitted into this and he injects from there using multiple entry points.

I don\'t know what product you are considering, but your outcome could vary depending on what you use.

I am certainly not encouraging you to do this, but hopefully that answers your question.
