In guys with lots of shrinkage (think exposing yourself in a medical setting, a guy you just met approaching your penis with a big needle, it is already shrinking because of the numbing cream...) then it can be easier to induce an
Erection. We have developed techniques to make it easier to do
Flaccid over time. On some second sessions we will induce
Erection if they tell us it looks fine
Flaccid but there is a low spot when
Erect.
For
Circumcised guys doing
Flaccid then yes we tension the
Foreskin over the glans. For cut guys sometimes I will use a point past the circumstances scar, especially if it is difficult to get all the way down there with a cannula from below. Sometimes it can be a bit stuck down there. It is probably easier to go past the scar with a needle - but I prefer to use cannula.
As to when to do topup with
Ellanse. It is pretty easy in the first month because you have not formed much collagen yet. Once all the collagen if formed it is a little more difficult for the cannula but easy with a needle. But it is not impossible with a cannula.
