Yes, he doesn't charge additional fee for work. His profit is included in PMMA already i guess.

No, he doesn't collect and share pictures.

5) What\'s his limits per one session? 10 ml? 15 ml? 20 ml? Or it\'s depends on a penis size
Usually very conservative at 8ml per session.
First 2 session can be made back to back in a matter of a week depending on how your penis reacts (superman got 2 in 2 days). Third session after 2months (superman got it after 1 month).
He usually use 30ml total on patients.

6) Needle or blunt cannula?
He prefers needles cause it wields better results in his opinion, but is open to use cannula on request.
