Ok so ive had 8 procedures so far. 6 full PMMA sessions with 30%, no problems as far as rejection or infections. First 6 was with PMMA, last 2 was with PMMA and prp which def helped with healing. In addition to the 8 sessions, ive had 2 smooth finish, sessions allover, with prp and 5-6ccs of PMMA at the base for the stubborn areas. My base and mid shaft circumference is just below 8in and my unit overall looks great! Meaty and soft realistic feel. Post op i used ibuprofen for 2 days and antibiotic for about 5. I took about 3gs of vitamin c and a serving of spirlina on a daily basis. After 3 weeks I went back to taking fish oil on a normal basis, its great for your tissues and muscles. The smooth finish helped with size as well. Girls can take it also, just stimulate them mentally and go down on them and they\'ll be relaxed enough. Take your time tho with the crazy angles, let her get used to your unit a couple times. I also used olay coconut lotion or even coconut oil on my unit to keep it healthy af. I want to be right above 8 in so I\'m considering another session, just don\'t know if I want PMMA or smooth finish

When something goes wrong, don\'t tell doctors that you had Silicone 1000, or any kind of silicone. Explaining Metacril and PMMA is hard enough...and most have no idea. When/if you mention silicone (of any kind), even at small \"microdrop\" volumes, it\'s a trigger word for most doctors and they will tune you out, lecture you, call Dr. C unethical, and then reject you as a patient (sometimes in varying order). I\'ve been rejected by every doctor that I\'ve sought help from to treat my open wounds. I certainly won\'t be able to use insurance benefits to solve the problem. I\'ve been given antibiotics and dakins solution to clean the wounds and treat the infection, but none will do more. Wound care specialists have stated they could waste months debriding the wound and treating the infections and said I should go to a plastic surgeon. Every plastic surgeon has spent more time feeling around the armor plating that is my PMMA under my skin, and spent much less time thinking about treating the wounds. Every single one of them wants to have urologists evaluate me for constriction of me urethra (urine flow), which I haven\'t even complained as being symptom. It was my understanding that Dr. C. is careful to apply PMMA so that there is no interference with with urethra...but this shows that the majority of them haven\'t even heard of the concept of dermal fillers in the penis. From reading other people\'s posts on this board it is likely I will have to travel far in the US to find a doctor willing to accept me as a patient, and since they will be out of network (or not even accept insurance), my costs will probably be 10\'s of thousands of dollars. Despite the shit talking I take for the non-plastic enlargement techniques I use (e.g. PGE1), at least if/when something goes wrong you won\'t face rejection by the American medical \"system\" and massive out of pocket costs if you have insurance.

@fatmike so you had problems with PMMA cause the doctor who injected messed up or the PMMA itself is dangerous?

Hi Unhung - I recommend reading my post history. My wounds are ulcerated cysts that have become infected. This occurred years after getting PMMA and silicone microdrops with Avanti Derma. The dermal fillers may or may not be the cause of the cysts - they probably are. However, even if they are the cause I am probably predisposed to get cysts (as some people are), based upon my medical history.

If you are an American considering getting dermal fillers in your penis (PMMA or Silicone 1000), the broken medical system will hang you out to dry especially since knowledge of PMMA, especially its use in the penis is not widespread or well understood by many doctors requiring you to seek treatment \"out of network\" (much more expensive). Some plastic surgeons capable of correcting the problem don\'t accept insurance either. So if anything goes wrong at any point in the future, the value of medical insurance will potentially be near zero. So the risk you are taking is much higher than you may realize. It\'s the equivalent of having a home with no insurance or bad insurance. You could probably get away with this for a while, perhaps for a long time, but when something \"adverse\" happens you could face massive costs and potential financial ruin.

How IN the world did you get to the size you are now was it just the PMMA and silikon or did you do stretching , pumping, Hanging as well?

I have had a ton. Because I had a Revision from previous PE experience gone wrong, I had lots of scar tissue where PMMA would not take. Silikon was used to fill in that area - I also had my Dick covered twice after 3 rounds of PMMA. From what I have read if there is going to be a negative reaction it happens sooner rather than later in most cases. But it can happen down the road less frequently as well. When I did my research (a while ago) there was no way I saw a 3% complication rate or I would not have done it. I don\'t recall the exact numbers or care to look them up now - but it was under 1% in the study I saw, which was a comparative analysis of multiple studies. I have had no issues but realize there is nothing I can do about it now. I have had loads of sex and no one has called me out and I have only been complimented (7.5 x 6.5) - I still prefer DFG\'s as when Flaccid my Dick looked so much more natural. Erect it looks the same. The guys I have sex with have seen a lot of Dick and I have never been called out.

What % did you get for PMMA and what was your starting size

To address Mike81\'s thread topic of how much and when....

I have had a total of 4cc\'s of Silikon 1000. I had 2cc\'s in July 2015 administered by Wade, and 2cc\'s in December 2015 administered by Dr. C. All was in the circ scar area and the intent was for it to smooth the transition between the shaft where the PPMA is and the circ scar area where there is no PPMA. Neither time did I ask for it. They just did it because they thought it was necessary. Honestly, I have never been overly happy with it. All in all, yes, it helped out the transition area from the shaft to the circ scar area. But there have definitely been problem spots.

The first round of it ended up feeling like little BBs (for lack of a better description) spaced about 3/16th of an Inch apart just at the edge of the circ scar. When I went back 5 months later, Dr C attempted to smooth it out by adding additional in the empty spaces. It was fine for a while, but then part of them started moving around. At one point I had a clump of them on the bottom side that I swear felt like they are all jagged. Got reasonably uncomfortable during sex. So I started aggressively attempting to manipulate them and see if I could get it to break up. Had moderate success. There is still a small clump there. But no longer uncomfortable unless I squeeze it. I had another spot on one side where a string of them moved and instead of running the edge of the circ scar, they shifted and now run parallel with the shaft (within the circ scar area).

It is all very noticeable to me. My wife says she doesn\'t notice it at all. We are a lifestyle couple, and there has only been one person ever say anything about it during a sexual encounter. I told her it was scarring from a crappy Circumcision and I have had those areas my entire life. Explanation seemed to work. My urologists has mentioned a couple of times during my yearly exams that my circ scar area looked \"puffy\" . I have always said \"it has always been that way\". And he doesn\'t say anything after that.
