TOPIC: PMMA rubbing against the shaft.... Problem???

PMMA rubbing against the shaft.... Problem??? 6 years 5 months ago #1304705033

Yes pal, that\'s the same nerve bundle. It also runs along the pelvic floor back towards the anus.

I very rarely have some shooting pains there too but very mild.
\'Hellbent\' was the first recorded with it.

Sort of yes, but not a big issue. I have a large lump on the left side that is only really visual when i pull the Foreskin all the way back. Most likely this would have been reduced with better post-op care, but as you know my Foreskin issues scared the shit out of me. Think it is normal for uncurunsised guys that PMMA changes with Foreskin movement. This is the accoradation effect and why Dr C recommends circumsision. Also why I personalet think uncut guys should stick to 10%. With 30% my lump would have been far worse

Does your PMMA move about George? You\'re not Circumcised.

Think Darkstaff is the only one yes. Who did he go to? Would be interesting to send that doc an e-Mail to have as a backup/info if shit hits the fan and the forum is down or something.

I think darkstaff is the only one that\'s done it. He seemed fine after.

The urologists I both spoke to strongly suggested it not be removed. They were willing to cut bits out though.

Would an incision under the Foreskin and removing it from there be realistic way of moving the PMMA without leaving a scar that would be noticeable as it is under the Foreskin. I think Hoddle advices not to get PMMA removed as the scar tissue and loss of feeling from pulling the PMMA out does more damage. But can\'t understand this if it is \"floating\" in the skin.

Surgical implants are placed in between the shaft and the skin, which makes them easy to remove and slide out by making an incision.
Fillers are injected into the subcutaneous tissues which makes them much more difficult to remove.

The PMMA moves as a whole with the penile skin, if that is what\'s been asked. IT basically makes the penile skin thicker and will move with the penile skin above the shaft itself. The body encapsulate the PMMA beads with tissue and eventually it becomes a PMMA \"implant\" above the penis shaft and in the penile skin....

The elist implant on the other hand, sticks to the shaft and the body creates a film of scar tissue all around it and the penile skin moves and rubs against the silicone implant creating more damage and scar tissue.

It doesn\'t really matter how hard it is in relative terms.
Is it hard enough to do damage? That\'s all that matters here.
You can imagine a repeated sawing action as the PMMA rubs up and down over time, over the nerves and so on, could do some damage.

But there are no reports of it that I am aware of. It sits between the bucks and the dartos, so there would be layers between it and nerves and so on.

I understand his concern though, he raises a good point.

I read in another thread, Mustang advicing a guy who got an implant, to get it out ASAP as the longer it stays in the penis the more longterm damage it will to to the nerves and penis tissue due to the implant rubing against the penis. I am wondering if a silicon implant can do that damage why can\'t PMMA which is harder? do damage longterm too.

I think this would be more an issue for uncut guys with lose skin as there is more movement and rubing when having sex or wanking but cut guys still have a problem.

And no more comments either to report.

Not sure why you think PMMA is harder.

How long have you had it? Do you feel like you're losing sensation?

PMMA is NOT harder the elist silicone implant. that piece of junk is SOLID silicone and does not flex. PMMA is micro plastic spheres and the body surrounds just about every sphere with tissue to form a protection shield around the PMMA. I am cut so I can\'t speak for uncut guys but I have not had any issues with PMMA rubbing against nerves on the shaft. IF one is rough with sex, in most cases there will be some pain in any penis with or without PMMA. As long as the pain is minimum and goes away without inflammation, I think you are ok...

I was telling a chap on another thread that the PMMA moving in an uncircumcised penis is not a problem, but thinking about what you have said, of course it could be.

I\'m not aware of any reports of this happening so far, are you?

I hope you haven\'t had any more bad experiences with woman since your last incidents.
