Can I get some PMMA removed by an incision under the Foreskin without causing more problems? I have a lump/hard spots form just under the skin. when I roll back Foreskin completely I can see the PMMA lying just under the skin and it looks to me so easy to just cut there and remove the PMMA. Also if I was to do it there and was to scare it would be unnoticeable as it is under the Foreskin. Any guys done this.
pic of the hard area shown to the right of penis in attached pic when Foreskin is pulled back.
OK I see I have confused degloving with removing a lump. As I said it looks to be just sitting just under the skin and looks like it will pop out if the skin is slit here but this is nonsense I now understand. It has attached to all the nerves etc so it wont magicaly pop out and pulling it out will do more damage.
I will get some DMSO and see if that lessens it. I see there is a thread already on how to apply it so will have a good read.

lol good question. the way i put it does sound like i\'m even more of a degenerate. what i meant is that basically i bet on the footie and across 10 day/ 2 week cycles. therefore i can do low-odds doubles maybe triples but also evaluate form which might change if the cycle was any longer. anyway my point is, if at the end of each cycle i\'ve won 70% and lost 30%, even 65/35, then that\'s a good cycle. any less and i\'m having to consider the overround which you mention, fucking bookies. anyway that\'s what i meant. basically i\'ve got to accept that i\'ll lose some, it\'s inevitable. it\'s all part of the churn. but the thing is, i need to keep the cycle-perspective and stay patient until the end of it before evaluating how i did. the problem is though that the internet has made it easy to lose perspective and chase losses. it used to be that youd have to wait for the bookies to open and by then you had comepletely settled and easily rationalised your losses! now when you get overcome by brain-chemicals that make you unable to accept losses, you can just log on and that\'s that, one, two, three ... you\'ve made a bad decision. youre literally betting while your brain is flooded with weird fucking fog-inducing chemicals. youre suddenly making quickfire bets you\'d never think of making and sort of watching your self doing it from above. most recently i did this and ended up betting 200 chf on a fucking -in-play french tier 2 game. caen versus bordeaux LOL. tbh i dont even know if it\'s tier 2, i dont know anything about it, and there i was betting on it. caen is in the north of france i think. bordeaux is where they make wine. any more and i\'m stumped. that bet made so much sense at the time but when the fog cleared i was like wtf did i do! somehow i won that bet.
do you bet on the footie then? the english stuff or everything? i was very impressed last night that man utd beat watford, i didn\'t think they would at night especially. i\'d bet watford wouldnt lose and becasue i\'m trying to not chase losses i only looked at the result today on the train. by the time i was home, i was totally fine about losing.
anyway, what this has got to do with your penis i do not know. i think i\'m saying that you\'ve become overcome with fog-inducing brain chemicals. youre not thining straight. and you need to take a trip to Caen. thats my advice.

I have been mostly degloved when I had my grafts removed as they were attached by blood supply. I went to Dr Reed who did a great job with minimal scarring but you open yourself up to scarring, nerve damage, shortening - all depends on the skill of the doctor. I'd try dmso and then Kenalog shots before surgery . You can pm me if you want the full drill.

Darkstaff had it. I would really think twice about it if I was you. Have a lump myself, but for me a degloving is last resort. You should try DMSO first. After that I would go to Dr N or Dr C and have them break the lump with the canula. A member here did that with Dr N, but don\'t remember who. Degloving is very invasive and we are only talking about a minor aestetic thing here.
mate don\'t start chasing losses so to speak. that\'s a gambling term i know all too well. in gambling it means being unable to accept minimal losses and consequently, to win back your money, gambling bigger stakes to cover those losses. it\'s a spiral! sometimes you somehow come out of it evens, sometimes you come out of it with bigger losses.
i\'ve started talking in parables! basically, don\'t go risking an invasive procedure to clear up an aesthetic problem that isn\'t really a problem. being \'annoyed\' as you say you are is nothing: it is the equivalent of minimal losses.
i\'m one to talk though: it took me ages to accept that losses of up to 30% (ish) represents in fact a good gambling outcome and not in fact \'losses\'!
Thanks. In Ireland and we probably don\'t have a doctor that has dealt with this before. Hoddle advices on trying DMSO first which is worth a shot.
my problems stems from being uncut and having very lose Foreskin which moves a lot when masterbating or having sex. When the forskin is moved back you can see lumps which annoy the fuck out of me as I had a pretty nice looking Dick before this procedure and just for a 0.25 Inch gain in Girth I now have this.... I know I was warned by the wiser on here and yes I did not listen. Guys with a similar profile of being uncut with lose forsekin be aware you are more at risk of lumps.
Where are you located?
I had a hell of a time in nyc finding a doctor to treat me well - never did actually. A proper Dermatologist should be able to do it as well as any internist or GP. It's just finding someone sympathetic that's hard.
Thanks, what type of medical professional would be able to do this for me would you know? I can\'t really go to my local doctor and say I got a load of PMMA in my Dick now can you cut the lumps out please.
Technically that is not devolving - and that area heals very well. The last time my Sutures popped there and no doctors in nyc would touch me so I have a little scar there now - but I've been operated in that spot twice before with absolutely no scarring.

Yeah mostly English football, the European competitions and international football. Don\'t really know any other sport and gave up betting on politics after Brexit..... lost my shirt big time there.
I have actually been banned or bets restricted to nominal amounts by most online bookies. Gone from padaypower, Ladbrokes, bet365, Coral, stan James, Victor Chandler. You name it and I have been barred from apart from William Hill oddly enough. I joined them when I was about 18 or 19 so maybe my account is so old they have overlooked me. I am basically restricted to the exchanges and even betfair have me paying 20% commission on winnings not the usual 5% as I am a premium customer. There are a few left from Europe that have not kicked me out yet and one is quite good. Betstars if you know them? do really good promotions too. because I bet a lot with them they throw me a few casino bonus that I squander very quickly but easy come easy go.
