TOPIC: Thoughts on Morganstern and Deustche Zentrum Urology

Hey guys,Not sure whether this is the right forum for this question, wanted some thoughts on two penile enlargement surgery options I found through some Google Searching:1. morganstern.com/penis-enlargement-surgery in Atlanta, GA, USA: The technique used is some form of Tissue Restructure Technology, they cite 1-2 inch erect/flaccid gains, and the before/after photos don't look bad. The cost is $11K.On one hand, I like that they post pictures of guys who underwent their surgery like 20-25 years ago too. Secondly, they mention that there are other doctors who are authorized to perform the 'Morganstern' surgery as well - both seem like good advantages over Elist's method which is new and not performed by other doctors (I have completely ruled out Elist's implant as a recourse for my penis woes, I just can't stand the thought of a foreign implant sticking in my dick for the rest of my life, not to mention the horrible complications that folks are reporting).The major red flag I see with Morganstern is that there don't seem to be any red flags , which is obviously not true but seems like the website is not very forthcoming about all risks. They keep mentioning that they have been doing this for a long time and that the method has been proven safe, but a complete risk/reward picture could have proven to be helpful.2. http://www.deutsches-zentrum-urolog'ry-results.html this one is in Germany. I didn't completely understand the underlying surgical techniques involved, but the before after pictures aren't bad for this one too, and the website does attempt to somewhat explain the risks as well as set realistic expectations. They have a 1 yr. Treatment guarantee which isn't as promising as it sounds, but is something - they can basically cover almost for free any unplanned treatments and surgeries for up to 1 year.Cost is again similar (9600 EUR or $11500 USD).What do y'all think about these options? Know of anyone who did these or something similar? I am an embarrassing 3.7 inches when erect and at this point would kill to just be as close to average as I could. I have around 15 pounds to lose as part of my long weight loss journey so far, but that ain't going to be enough. Any thoughts, highly appreciated

I did a phone consult for the procedure with Morganstern. My understanding is that he puts fat behind the shaft to push it forward. He was evasive in saying that it provides Erect length, which I don\'t understand bc if your inner penis is pushed forward, then I wouldn\'t know Erect length wouldn\'t increase. Also, he was evasive as to the permancy of the procedure since it involves fat. He said the procedure benefits last normal time of the body since the body naturally absorbs. I was also impressed by the before and afters. The evasiveness in the answers gave me pause and also didn\'t seem to support the bold statements on the site. Doesn\'t hurt to contact them and get your own phone consult.
