I have seen something similar on this board before but couldn't find it hence the new thread. I was fucking someone really hard last night and my Dick slipped out. When I pushed it back to go in it bent in the middle. After sex there was a little blood on the sheets and I told him thinking it was from him, but when I pee'd in the morning a little blood came out and it hurt. My whole Dick burns. I am not sure if there is a name for a sprained Dick but that is what I think I did. Given all the PMMA and silikon this stuff makes me extra worried. I'd love any advice.
If I were in your shoes I\'d possibly consult a peyronies forum, as many of the guys there will have experience with trauma to the penis from aggressive sex. You\'ll probably be fine with rest, but it\'s worth checking if there is anything you should be doing to speed up healing or prevent possible scar tissue and so on.

I think you have a fractured corpus cavernosum, maybe it is not as bad as in these papers see -

(has a useful picture)
Penile fractures are commonly diagnosed from their stereotypical clinical presentation: a 'popping' or cracking sound from the erect penis at the moment of injury, rapidly followed by detumescence and acute swelling, pain, and penile deformity.Retrograde urethrography is advocated in any case of suspected penile fracture that presents with voiding difficulty, hematuria, or blood at the meatus.Current treatment recommendations for penile fractures are for immediate surgical exploration and repair; proper surgical repair requires evacuation of the hematoma, identification of the tunica injury, local corpora debridement, closure of the tunica lacerations, and ligation of any disrupted vasculature.Treatment options for partial urethral tears include urethral catheterization, primary closure with nonabsorbable suture, or suprapubic cystostomy tube.Reported long-term complaints after penile fracture repair include penile deviation, painful intercourse, painful erection, erectile dysfunction, priapism, skin necrosis, arteriovenous fistula, urethrocavernous fistula, and urethral stricture.
You'll usually require surgery to repair the tear in your penile tissue. And it's important that you go under the knife within 3 days of the injury. This isn't a wait-and-see condition'if you put it off too long, you can raise your risk of complications down the line.
PM me if you want to ask me more, but if you have a lot of bruising swelling, any difficulty urinating then go to an ER asap.
Ya Bro, Urologist, not a forum!! Blood from any of the organs is not a healthy sign and can generally be an indicator of something serious or benign. Better to know definitely from a professional on this one.
Hey, so thanks for all the input. I did some research the next day and freaked at the possible bad outcomes. Becuase of the residual hemosiderin staining I could not really tell if I was bruised so I made an appointment to see a Urologist which kicked up shit about having to justify my PE decisions etc. In the end, I had to cancel the appt and get another Dr. to write me a referral to a Urologist for my insurance to cover it. In the meantime (within 48 hours) all the pain and symptoms were gone. I think I dodged a bullet. I was able to get hard after it happened so I did not tear anything and I seem to be 99% again so going to fuck more carefully and see if I have any residual symptoms.
