So had my first \"what is that\" comment last night.
I hooked up last night and while the guy was playing with my Dick he pushed the forskin back and then said what is that pionting at a visible lump on the shaft that gathers when forskin is back. The guy was a doctor and before I answered he asked was it a vein. I did not tell him about my PMMA and I replied I think so and then asked him should I be worried. He said no but make sure it does not grow in time. I had met him before in March and he had not noticed anything but don\'t think he was giving it as much attention then.

I had thought about this a lot early post op.

Some ideas I had were:

Scar tissue from a teenage Circumcision

Scar tissue from a football helmet during a game

Excessive Jelqing/pumping

Car accident

Even telling them your not sure but have had a doctor check it out and explained it\'s just a fatty deposit or collagen growth for some unknown reason

The biggest concern is that a lump would be a sexually transmitted disease, put there mind at ease and let them know you\'ve been tested and that the doctors aren\'t concerned and neither are you, and thay honestly it adds some pleasure ridges ?.

Ultimately, we are the few that are crazy enough to do this. What\'s the worst they can say? We\'ve got a big fake Cock? At the end of the day, the majority of us are still bigger then we were pre-op...with some of us being way bigger (huge).

The only \"what\'s that\" comment I\'ve gotten was from the doctor who did my vasectomy but as you can imagine he deals with penis every damn day so he can spot something that doesn\'t exactly look right.

uncut so that Circumcision excuse is out tho it is a good one for cut guys.

Yeah that is true about them thinking it could be an STD. obviously in the high risk category so it is more of an issue for parnters even tho it does not look like one.

Sometimes there can be lumps anyway. I watched a scene with Ramon the pornstar who has a distinctive lump on his shaft and a girl asked him what it was.

Again it only happens when the Foreskin rolls back. Might try and see if I can stop it from going so far back, will Google how to give yourself Phimosis. A lot of uncut guys naturally cant get their Foreskin or barely get it past the glans. Mine is very lose it rolls back easiy which leads to the problem tho.
