TOPIC: PMMA width or depth

so not being able to put PMMA under the Dick is news to me.

I\'m new and planning on getting it done this coming winter. Can someone please explain why? I was hoping to have it under the Dick close to the glan.

The concern, bolkonsky, is that any PMMA and collagen there may squeeze shut the urethra making urination and ejaculation difficult.

the limit on many seems to be 8oclock to 4oclock.

Reklaw I meant that being happy with being natural again, as nice as that sounds, last about 3 weeks. Although I agree that they come in all shapes and sizes. In dicks that have seen a considerable amount of filler injected you will notice the following that you can tell it is not natural even if you got away with lumps ridges and noduals

1. Glans small relative to shaft

2. More circular shaft shape cross section compared with oval.

3. Less large veins noticeable when Erect. You lose the ripped look.

Yeah my veins are there too - the PMMA goes under the veins. I do get what you are saying about the proportions though. When Erect I am symmetrical straight through but I wanted it that way so I didn\'t get that much PMMA and the rest was adjustments.

Not true. In the past when I\'ve pumped up to 6.75 Inch Girth no female that I\'ve penetrated ever noticed anything off including the spongy feeling. All they seen and felt that it was super fat.. plus i used a Cock ring to mske it even harder.

Same here, got a similar lump next to my urethra just below the glands early on in my 2nd session with Dr C 5 years ago.

I\'ve have problems with urination since around that time. While I have no trouble urinating, it starts and flows out flow freely. The problem is after stopping the urine will still dribble out for several minutes afterwards. I had similar issues until I went in for a silikon touchup. Wade put a lot of product around the lump, probably the most he could. The area is so much smoother now that I barely even notice the lump any more. The silikon seems to act as lubrication between the skin and the Nodule underneath.

I wish they could do this because the ridge of my PMMA is very noticeable and over the years it seems to be adhering less and and less to the shaft to the point where I can now actually stick my fingers 1/2 Inch or more underneth the PMMA(when Flaccid). Some of my partners might have noticed it as well. There\'s been a few occasions where after sex girls with be holding on to my penis and then suddenly I\'ll notice them starting to feel that part of the PMMA. I\'m always quick to readjust myself or nonchalantly grab their hands and move it away from that spot. So far none of the them have asked or said anything particular about it, thankfully it seems that women in general are fairly ignorant of the structure of penises. But if they were to feel around it and inspect it as much as I have no doubt they\'ll notice something strange. Point being, the lower the PMMA is placed the less I think it will rigidly adhere to the shaft because the skin is far more loser on the underside.It\'s also not worth the risk of having to deal with urination problems for the rest of your life either. Which I already am dealing with from just a single lump next to the urethra

1 & 2 very true, 3 not so much at least for me. The veins on my shaft are far more noticeable now then they ever were before, to the point where it appears to give my penis a noticeable blue/green hue to it.

I guess Dr N does only top and side - because she only uses one entry point at the top of the penis?

They all only do top and side. This is to avoid compromising the urethra as noted above. Block the hose and water won\'t come out.
