Do you think that products like the grip system or esl40 are good for after PMMA care. I just google image searched the esl40 and it looks like it goes over the glans then down over a portion of the upper shaft like a sleeve. Wouldn\'t that be bad for after care because it puts compression on the areas where the PMMA is? I\'m assuming the the the grip system only grips the glans?

The reason why I think the Penis master pro would be perfect for stretching after the PMMA procedure is because it only grips the glans or tip of the glans and the stretch you get with the extender is pretty intense. The only reason I like the phallosan forte better right now is because I don\'t like that I have to use the sex type lubricants that dry out the skin with the penis master. I tried using regular skin care lotions with the penis master pro but it doesn\'t work well and degrades the latex parts.

After getting PMMA done I would have no choice but to use it and risk getting dry glans with the penis master compared risking deformities with the PE sleeves that the phallosan uses.

What made me curious in the PMMA tips thread is wearing the penis master pro suction bell on the glans during the procedure so it\'s easier for the doctor to grip when doing the injections and apply a wrap. Do you guys think this makes sense does Dr C stretch the penis out when doing the injections.

The penis master pro is going to be my go to stretcher with the size genetics extender for after the procedure because it only grips the glans.

I like the phallosan forte better but it needs a silicone sleeve and I don\'t want the compression of the sleeve to mess up the PMMA.

I\'m also hearing about the esl40 on these forums and was wondering if that\'s the optimal stretcher to use?

I\'m 6.5 Erect but I\'m a total Grower. Probably plump up my Flaccid .

Also seems that whether the filler is PMMA, HA, fat etc the best practice is to have to stages over 3 or 4 sessions rather than a lot all at once .

Your right. I think the smaller your are in length the better your results. For example i am around 10cm Erect yet 14cc has significantly increased my Girth. If someone was like 7 inches and have the same 14cc they wont get the same results.

I\'ve read conflicting info on how milliliters of HA convert to Girth gains. Is there a rule of thumb? I know it somewhat depends on length .

I agree, no need to pump. My question has always been how much HA can you get before the Erect hardness becomes unsatisfactory? From what I\'ve read, I\'ve estimated 0.75\" max. I know one member who had 1.5\" EG increase and was not satisfied with it, but there are a few people over 0.5\" who say hardness is fine. You\'ll get a better idea after round 2....

I would not pump if they dont tell you to do so, they can make it work on a normal penis there is no point adding unecessary variable like you penis being pumped.. just a risk of having less perfect result to me ...
