The Girth gain you would see is probably disappointing just like Hellers before and after pictures. Hellers before and after pictures don\'t even look like there\'s any difference plus he doesn\'t have photos with penis\'s that received the Bellafill mix.


Mirza was the other doctor I was curious about but everyone said to stay away. You went to Mirza? How were your results and what did you get? I would imagine the results from him would be dissapointing aswell. Going to TJ to see Dr. C doesn\'t sound that bad. I mean I would have to get a passport then pay for the plane ticket which would be about 300-400 then the shuttle bus takes me right to the office which is nice.

The $3000 goes towards the actual PMMA procedure than I would want the PRP shot which is $360. The smooth finish I heard you don\'t have to get until after the second round. I\'m also interested in the IBL laser does anyone know how much that costs? I thought the PRP shot was thousands of dollars but if it\'s only 360 I would get it for sure and even take it with viagra or Cialis if it\'s ok. I\'m fascinated in how the results would look with 30% and the PRP shot.

Hey hd u got bellafil from mirza? I thought you only got juverderm. Did the bellafil absorb? So you got the smooth finish twice or once?

when I had my grafts I was 7 at the base and it tapered down to 6 so my skin was the most stretched out at the base. I also had the most internal fibrosis there from the Removal. My Dick from the top looking down isn\'t much wider at the base, I think the Girth is more cylindrical. The added Girth at the base is probably more noticeable from the side. I would not be down on the bat : ) as many people have told me it is the perfect shape for fucking.
I only had PMMA in the base as I am not sure if I was resistant or it looked like I was as the skin was still loose there. For me aesthetics are way more important than Girth - I am probably 6\" by the glans and it goes up to 6.5 or 6.75 - at the base - I honestly don\'t even remember anymore as I got tired of measuring my Dick and it has been sooo many different sizes.
This time I did not prepay and just showed up with cash as I wanted them to look at it and then determine what is best and then pay based on that.
I am leaving tonight for NYC - I tend to overstay down here as I am paranoid about the 12 hours it takes to go from leaving the hotel to walking in my apartment if the PMMA is still mobile. They all know me at the Hyatt and asked me this time why I am down here all the time. I nearly said to have my penis enlarged just to shock them but that would make me more notorious than I wan to be here. Someone at work already asked me if I was having my Dick enlarged as I left a review on Dr. C\'s site and it shows up on my Facebook page lol. The obviously looked him up to see what type of Dr I was reviewing. I find the more I have done this the less I care who knows. 2 friends already know why I am down here and I suspect my neighbor does as well. My sister knows as well I had to borrow money the last time I came here and when she asked what for I told here - it was a very funny conversation, she just said Oh brother and wired me the money It is sort of liberating not to care.
I so hope that this is it but will come back for a day and just get the Silikion if need be in small areas.
But to answer directly I think having a thicker base is much better for guys who turtle a lot. There is less to bunch up as it is just denser.

I also worry about putting PMMA at the base, I will have no choice but to go for the baseball bat look myself because I\'m an extreme retracter and have a small glans so want to avoid looking like a hotdog look.
Did you specifically go for a thick base (baseball look) ?

it is actually ideal for PMMA.
My issues were irregular contours and waviness - there was another guy on here that I traded some emails with that had a similar issue. I think because dicks have no fat in the skin, anything short of perfectly smooth collagen formation shows up. The best part about the Silikon is that is you have a low spot they add a heavier drop and less for a shallower one and it all stays exactly in place but at a different level from the PMMA. It makes your skin feel very silky too.
Each time they used 17 syringes on me. I am told by wade you need to do it twice to get it perfect and this was the second time. It obviously looks perfect now but I will know when the swelling goes down. After 4 visits I gained 1\" by the glans, 1.25\" mid and 1.5\" base which may not be enough for some people after 4 visits - but I was not small to begin with and I was not going for just size, just bigger and good looking which I think I got, but won\'t know for a few days.

I gained .25\" from the Silikon last time and think I will this time as there is no carrier to absorb it just stays there and eventually gets covered in collagen. I would be much less happy with PMMA if this was not an option to finish it off. It makes a huge difference and covers a multitude of contour issues and probably nodules which I didn\'t not get thankfully - or what I did have all went away on their own.

I saw they raised their prices. Maybe because everything is so expensive where I live, and I blew 8,000 on Mirza and his bullshit, PMMA - I think is still a really good deal from them, (I am not at all rich by the way - these 4 visits put me in a giant hole financially - but decided it was worth it.)

If you don\'t think about what it was years ago - but that for 7,000 you get 2 rounds of PMMA and 1 round of the Silikon, which would give most guys 1\" permanently, it is really not bad. Plus you get a whole staff and lots of experience. My biggest expenses are getting here and staying here. I spent $6,000 on my dermal fat grafts in 1995 - thats 22 years ago - shit.

I am more concerned about the PMMA they added in the base as that is always a wild card. Praying that this is it. I asked to see Dr. C before I leave so if there is anything off he can fix it tomorrow. Worst case I am prepared to come back in 6 months and spend a night to get it absolutely the way I want it, but only fixed with Silikon.

FYI to anybody who has to fly. I got a JetBlue credit card. If you spend 2,000 in 3 months they give you an extra 30,000 points. I have gotten 3 free round trip flights out of that with how I have used it daily. It makes a huge difference taking that expenses off the table. Hyatt also as a membership program and you will get 2 free visits after 10 nights which I used as well.


FYI I had a massive anxiety attack when I heard Wade was not there this week - I started to get second thoughts - but the new guy has upped his game and knowledge and is very good and Dr. C was much more attentive with Wade not there so it all worked out.

I am in TJ now - had my 4th and I hope last procedure. To answer the coronal glans enhancement question it is the Silkion micro-drops in the corona. They told me everyone has been happy but that it is very subtle - it is also very cheap - $300. (I had 10%, 20% (would just stay with 10% if I did it again, 1 full cover in Silikon and yesterday another full cover in Silikon with some PMMA (10%) in the base. Almost had the corona but decided against anymore work.

Hmm from 33:45 he starts talking about the Glans. This must be why the glans procedure is corona only... given his description, injecting anything into the glans sounds like it could be dangerous.

I\'m curious to how the glans enhancement he offers works now.

I am thinking now why he says 10% is the more natural for penis, while Dr. Nemeckova says 30% low doses is perfect to the touch for penis...

When PMMA on Dick, we are doing the opposite of what he recommends.
