I read on many of the articles before joining this interesting forum that the German is the world champion about the lengthening and that this center is the best.
Is that there are among you who have carried out this operation
I would like to know about the lengthening of the penis in erection even with 2 cm more.
I read a lot on this forum that there are abnormalities with the elist implant and also the PMAA see several complications and infections.

Actually I think you can use it more in public than on the internet. Well obviously you can on this internet site. But in general I find people virtue signal way more on forums and social media than they do in real life.
In the real world I say stuff all the time that no one blinks an eye at, yet if I said it on social media, a shit load of virtue signalling SJW\'s would jump on my back for.
If you've always wanted to extend your manhood, but afraid of surgery, or can't stand the discomfort of penis accessories ' you can try other options such as oils, creams, and pills. Pills, for one, are a fairly convenient enhancer for men.
It\'s slow-going, but far less expensive, and the risk is far less. It\'s debatable if the actual lig cut is what produces the length gains, or if it\'s the stretching in aftercare that produces the length gains.I\'ve gained about 1.5\" over the course of 9 years of consistent stretching. Many, many hours and lots of experimentation. One thing I\'d say is that in the PE world, a fast result is not equivalent with a desirable result.
You gained about 1.5 Inch for 9 years you can describe to me what you have done and if there is technique that allows the elongation of the Erect lenght
The website describes the cutting of the suspensory ligament. It\'s the \"defacto\" procedure for \"gaining length\".
If you read through the feedback from guys who get their ligs cut, it\'s hit and miss. Some get results, some don\'t. Seems like aftercare is a big part of it - lots of stretching is required to prevent scar tissue buildup, which could actually shorten the unit.
For length, I\'ve had results with manual stretching combined with an all-day stretcher, such as the ESL40.

The Elist implant will give both Girth and length gains, but it\'s an implant and seems very invasive. Read Mustang\'s and Message Man\'s experience, they both have great logs here detailing their experience.
In my personal experience, PMMA is for Girth and Flaccid length, not Erect length.
