however there is a surgeon in Russia who might be able to do it so you can gain Erect length with it via cutting and placing a graft between the tunica. otherwise its almost a guarantee to end up losing 1/4\'\' or so of length.

The doctor I looked at specifically said that it doesn\'t cause a loss in Erect length on his website.

And remember that many of these penis websites are really just advertisements and will often gloss over (or outright deny) real and potential complications that may arise. That\'s maybe one reason this forum is so useful, because you can actually get first-hand accounts rather than a doctor\'s sales pitch.

dont know anyone personally, just from almost all reviews i have read online. doctor is called professor kurbatov but he doesn\'t have a flashy website like elist or loria, so you really have to get in contact with him to discuss the procedure.

I underwent surgery for an implant last January. I struggled with ED my entire life, and suffered from depression and very low self esteem. Finally fixed all of that at 29. I have to say it was probably the best decision of my life. I have the AMS CX. I\'m the exact same size that I was before the surgery, even slightly thicker. Hard as I want for as long as I want. I love it, but keep in mind that I never enjoyed long lasting natural erections at any point in my life prior to this. I could get hard, but then I would lose it. Sex was a source of stress.

My recovery was a little abnormal, and I think I dealt with higher than normal levels of pain, swelling, and bruising. But once I was healed and comfortable I became a new man.

Most ED young guys get is psychological ED from depression, insecurities and anxiety, and also like Lakingsfan mentioned, porn.
It would be nothing short of ludicrous to have surgery

Like jogift said, there are many options if you are seriously suffering from ED. Always try other options before going with the implant.
If you were able to achieve an Erection, you really should not be considering this as an option. Just do your research before pulling the trigger.
