Listen up, kid. You need to toughen up. Graduating college without a job isn\'t a death sentence. You should be lucky you went to college. I was fortunate to go to college, and I didn\'t have a job in my industry for almost a year, so outside of fighting (I was a prize fighter), I did whatever side jobs I could do to put some cash in my pocket. It took a while, and a lot of hard work, but it all paid off and everything worked out. Just put your head down and push forward with whatever you need to do, and pay your dues. This isn\'t the place for you to try to fix your problem. I love this country but this generation\'s gotta toughen up or we\'re in trouble.

I feel like PMMA is the only thing that\'s going to cure my depression from my Circumcision. I\'m having issues with my parents and feel so alone. I\'m graduating college with no job and need to find a way to get out of this toxic environment. My father basically said if you don\'t like it get out and he\'s a yeller and a hitter. My mom never really understood and thinks it\'s all in my head and sided with my dad. It\'s so bad I just want to leave and never come back. It\'s hard to find a job and I want to move someplace warm to keep my psoriasis under control. I feel lost and depressed I don\'t know what to do. I was arguing with my mom today and she said she wishes she had a different kid.. That s me because she\'s the one who agreed to Circumcised me and never truly apologized and says I\'m mentally ill. I\'m trying hard to self improve myself and all they care about is if I get a job and are really cold.

That\'s what I wanted to know. Is Dr. C so good that he trumps all the other doctors who do PMMA. I thought maybe Loria, Mirza, and Heller were good but I guess not. I will go to Dr. C then. Thank you

Dr.c is the best choice for a permanent solution. Cross out the other doctors because they do not offer any permanent solution. Temporary gains are BS and a waste of time and money. I wish i would have not been so quick to make a decision and go to dr.loria all because he was more convenient than convincing to me. I\'m going to do everything i have to do in order to make that trip to dr.c hopefully in early 2017 or mid. Take my advice brother and go to dr.c.

Thanks Lexus for clearing that up for me I thought those other doctors would offer permanent solutions but I guess not. That makes things more simple for me since now I know where to go. Lexus you seem very knowledgable about this stuff. I\'m very curious about what I should do for after care when I see Dr. C. Should I make another thread or PM you?

My question was should I take viagra after or should I use any items? Should I massage or leave it alone? I own the size genetics extender and phallosan forte that I use to stretch do you think it\'s safe to use after getting PMMA? That\'s the stuff I wonder about, should I just not use any penis enlargment tools for fear of messing it up? I also have the bathmate and experienced in PE knowledge but not in PMMA aftercare and very scared to mess up what Dr. C does.

Are you aware of possible complications? Before deciding to do this you need to be absolutely sure you are fully aware to what you are committing to.

There are no decent permanent options in the US. Loria offers plain old silicone injections. The PMMA that is available in the US uses a bovine carrier that takes two weeks to absorb so isn\'t good for bioplasty.

Outside of the US Dr C isn\'t the only option. There is also Dr N in Prague and Dr Passy in Brazil.

Hey hoddle.. Yes I\'ve been lurking the boards and aware of the complications. I was Circumcised when I was a baby and became very depressed about the whole issue. I heard PMMA looks better on Circumcised guys which makes me want to get it even more because theirs actually a benefit to being Circumcised lol so it\'s like PMMA is the only thing that is making me feel better about my penis.

I thought Bellafill was the U.S equivalent of PMMA I had no idea there wasn\'t any permanent solutions in America. Now that I know to go to Dr C that leaves me the questions on what to do for after care.

Yes I heard of those other Doctors on here but I\'m assuming Dr C is the best?

You can\'t really quantify a Dr\'s work and declare him the best. This board has a lot of Dr C patients so you can see the results he gets with various approaches and decide what you feel is best for you. That\'s the main adavantage with Dr C. For example, I\'ve seen enough guys get 30% PMMA from Dr C to know it wasn\'t for me. I basically tailored my procedure as a consequence of the results I\'ve seen here.

Bellafill is PMMA, but is uses a bovine based carrier which takes 2 weeks to absorb. The Brazilian PMMA products use a water based carrier that only takes a couple of days to absorb, so is better for biolplasty.

@ Cashew
Where are you from? It\'s kind of nice to know that I\'m not the only one depressed about losing my Foreskin.
I had mine cut off by a crazy Mongoloid named Dr Kim, he did it without my consent, il never get over it.

Hoddle: Why wasn\'t the 30% for you? That\'s what I want lol. Also what do you think about the Liniasafe vs metacrill issue? I heard Dr C doesn\'t use metacrill anymore, is that good or bad?

Reklaw: I\'m from New York, judging from your avatar I\'m guessing your from the mothership (UK/Austrailia)? I\'m really sorry to hear that I never heard of such a thing did you sue? Did you get PMMA done yet? One of the main reasons I\'m getting PMMA is to compensate for my Circumcision. I\'m not happy with the loss of sensations from the Circumcision but ad least we can become really thick with the help of PMMA and go for the 30%.

I\'m guessing uncut men have to stear clear of the 30% because I would imagine you would get a huge donut effect and it wouldn\'t look or function that well being that the skin would bunch up and form a donut and it would be hard to enter a vagina.

The doctor has to be more careful while injecting uncut men so that just goes to show it might not come out as good either just by the fact he has to be more careful. Dr C can be a lot more liberal injecting a cut penis. I see a donut with cut men I wouldn\'t want to imagine the donut on an uncut man with 30%. Just the thought of getting PMMA and seeing those good results from Dr. C is keeping my depression at bay from Circumcision.

@cashew I have no experience with PMMA besides what I\'ve studied here on this board and my own research online. I only have experience with dr.loria and I\'ve had several consultations with both dr.mirza and dr.heller and heller is not a bad guy it\'s just that he pushes the FFT that i don\'t want. Dr.Mirza is just a joke and lies about his so called
Bellafill injections which some have said he doesn\'t even open up the pack or mixes it in front of you. Bellafill is not permanent and only last 3-5 years. In my opinion since your title asked for our opinion dr.c is the best choice by far. Why go so far out to any other country for PMMA when more than half the board has been to dr.c and more will follow through as well. Believe me don\'t waste your time searching for any other DR, Dr.c has great tracking and yes nothing is perfect but all I\'m saying is that if you are going to pull the trigger on penis enlargement go with dr.c. Also as hoddle has said everything isn\'t for everybody so take note he\'s a veteran. Btw i live in nyc as well and i plan on booking my appointment soon as tomorrow for 2017. If you want to pm me you are welcome to.

How is it not permanent? It\'s PMMA is it not? Why would Metacril/Linnea be permanent but Bellafil not?

So if Bellafil isn\'t permanent.... then neither is Metacril/Linnea Safe.

From Beallafil site. \"Bellafill' is the only injectable collagen treatment with PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) microspheres approved for the correction of moderate to severe, atrophic, distensible facial acne scarson the cheek in patients over the age of 21 years.\"

From Real self doctor: \"Bellafill is a semi-permanent Dermal Filler used for acne scars. The collagen provides immediate volume below pitted scars or nasolabial folds to lift them to the level of the surrounding skin. Results are immediate and long lasting. May last up to 5 years\"

\"Bellafill is essentially permanent. It is a particulate filler that is composed
of a very small amount of PMMA or tiny (40 micron) beads that act as a bio-stimulant. They are non-resorbable. The rest of each syringe of Bellafill (90%)
is comprised of collagen. Bovine
collagen is an old style filler that only lasts 3 months. As it is absorbed over the 3 to 6 months
after an injection of Bellafill, the PMMA stimulates your cells to make new
tissue, replacing the collagen. The formal FDA studies show that Bellafill will last AT
LEAST 5 YEARS and there are informal studies going back to the original formulations
that show t is still there at 15 years!
I have many patients who still have nice volume replacement at 9 years. Different Doctor: \" Bellafill injectable restores rather then just fills, for natural, enduring results. Bellafill is not permanent and the amount of time that it last is different from every patient. Bellafill is a bio stimulant and works with your body to jump start your collagen growth with the PMMA\'s that are placed in the areas that you had filled. Bellafill is a great product, and i highly recommend it ! I hope this helps you on your journey!\"

Looks like nobody actually knows the permanency of PMMA.

Yes, plenty of people know its permanency. A plausible reason why someone may have injections well after a decade is that one\'s own skin will also continue to age despite the presence of PMMA and may require more volume filling. Unless these doctors can explain the science behind how PMMA microspheres disappear over time, there is no reason to consider this a matter for debate...especially when a vast majority of evidence convincingly suggests its permanency. A couple of realself forum physicians hardly serve as a credible refutation.
