The research was dated April, 2013. Does anyone have recent information, any possibility of being available soon in USA? I understand in Canada it cost $4,000. for 12 treatments???

I believe this machine is for ED. The Flaccid state is improved due to increased vascular formation. Might help after a Phalloplasty procedure but it is really for ED ...

There was an article on Web MD that described how nightly viagra for one year restored normal, permanent erections. www.webmd.com/erectile-dysfunction/news/...ore-normal-erections It\'s not shockwave therapy, but still relevant.

i ended up buying my own machine

Super interesting!
Where did you buy it, what\'s the name and how much did it cost?

And how often do you plan to use it?
(daily/weekly/monthly for a week/month/year)

it was 25k, i plan on using it regularly and will also use it in my clinics. procedure costs will run 3k for 6 treatments and prescriptions for PDE5 inhibitors will be written to help increase blood flow and erections.

directly after SW treatment there is a small size difference due to some tissue swelling but quickly subsides. as far as the treatment goes i have done 2 more treatments for a total of 6 in a 3 week span and the frequency of spontaneous erections as i have stated before is waking me up at night and in the mornings much more often. have been a little busy to PRP directly after SW but i will c how the weekend goes.

I think there is a big future in PRP (P-Shot) and Shock wave therapy. We are just introducing PRP injections to our clinics in Sydney and Perth and still have to get around to trialling shock wave therapy with our existing machine. There treatments are for the quality and frequency of erections - so more frequent, easier to get and keep, harder, more sensitive....
The claims of immediate size increase I doubt. Perhaps with pumping it may improve response - if you were one of those people who were going to get an improvement anyway.

For those of you that aren\'t aware, as I was, as you age you lose the ability to produce nitric oxide, due mostly to atherosclerosis. You need a diet high in nitrates. More fresh spinach, beets, lettuce, etc.

Peaktestosterone.com is a great site to educate yourself on this issue, along with many others that we face as we age.

u r correct, the slowing down of ed.
2 statistics that effect Phalloplasty

Mild and moderate erectile dysfunction affects approximately 10 percent of men per decade of life (i.e., 50 percent of men in their 50s, 60 percent of men in their 60s). ... Additionally, as men age, they may need more stimulation to get an Erection and more time between erections.May 19, 2016

After age 30, most men begin to experience a gradual decline in testosterone. A decrease in sex drive sometimes accompanies the drop in testosterone, leading many men to mistakenly believe that their loss of interest in sex is simply due to getting older.

one could say results diminish because we age, the trick is to combine many different modalities. the combination of shockwave-PRP-HRT apomorphine-oxytocin and PMMA or HA\'S and so on. if u lead a healthy life style. I.E. eat properly, don\'t drink too much, sleep and yada-yada yada.......
shockwave does work and one should not say it doesn\'t until u try it, lithotripsy has been around since the 80\'s i think, with multiple studies documenting that it is successful.
quality of erections goes hand in hand with PE, i would think it would not matter how much filler of PMMA u stuff in a penis it\'s not going to work if u can\'t get an Erection and as u age u will need procedures to help with erections.
allot of these people getting Phalloplasty work done r young but wait a few years until your my age and overnight things can change....

The case of me:
It\'s ok when being with a girl one on one.
But on higher stress situations like threesome/orgy it\'s harder.

It just seems obvious. Everything that makes me harder is good. It\'s the most obvious penis tuning it seems. There is also \'semi-hard\' and \'hard\' and \'superhard\'.

ok, at Franktalk there are 2 threads:
- www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f...4915&hilit=Shockwave

Interesting from there:

They say that the effect lasts at least two years. The treatment is so young that nobody can really say how long it will last.
You gain more thickness. 0,5 centimeters or little more.
...
[another]
Shockwave should bring at least part of the lost length back. The dick will also be a little bigger when flaccid. That has happened to me already.
...
I also did 6 sessions.

It seemed to help for a short period thereafter (I am about 6 months in now). Better flaccid, shorter time to achieve an erection and would not lose blood flow as easily.

That said, results diminished after a period for me so I felt like it only moved the dial a little bit.

Am I to conclude that there are many guys on this forum with ED problems? Are guys trying to conceal this behind phalloplasty?

Knowledge on ED and treatment methods can be shared, exchanged and/or gained more effectively in veteran and dedicated forums like www.franktalk.org

Shockwave has worked for many but only for short term, even with continued use (seems to have a tapering off effect). Studies are still ongoing for long term effects ...
