I\'ve been researching these boards for a few months now when I just so happened to stumble upon it. I\'ve been looking at options for penile enhancement for the last 4 years, but I honestly think that I\'ve made up my mind about getting PMMA done, but there is something I need to know.
I\'ve read a lot about most of the opinions posted here but I just have 2 real questions. Also I think this would be great for the newcomers to chip in with questions (after reading the boards for a while and seeing what information is already available).

Q: is it better to get multiple 10% injections done for a hefty 3 Inch Girth increase or would jumping straight for multiple 30% be a better option. (I am not concerned aesthetically but I\'m also in no real rush so either option is very viable for me)

Q2: I\'ve read quite a few posts about nodules forming but as I stated before aesthetically it\'s not an issue for me, but I am curious as to whether or not you actually need to have them removed due to maybe some kind of medical risk. I\'ve only ever read about people who don\'t like them and have them removed but I don\'t think I\'ve ever seen any comment where someone was like \"fuckit I have nodules. I don\'t really care because there is no real risk to having them\". A bumpy penis would feel way better for the ladies anyway so I truly mean when I say aesthetics aren\'t important

I appreciate your time oh wise mods of the board. Please help guide me on my journey with information to help me make good decisions with my tiny buddy

To answer Q1, if you do not care about aesthetics, 30% will probably yield a higher gain, although, it is just slightly higher on average over 10%. I do not know how many rounds you are planning on, but a 3 Inch gain is huge. That is a lot of product. I do not know your starting size, but I would highly advise against it.

For Q2, the short answer is no. If you have a Nodule and lumps, bumps and aesthetics do not concern you, there is usually no reason to remove it.

Your last line says \"help me make good decisions.\" I want to again say that in my opinion, attempting to gain 3 inches of Girth via PMMA is too much. I would get more realistic with my goals before I decided to bite the bullet.

@briceb
In not small but I\'m average. I\'ve always thought the idea of have a Coke can sized penis would be amazing for me. Or at least the silver rim portion of it in Girth would suffice. I have penile dysmorphia. All my life I\'ve felt small even in my own hands although I\'m very good with my Dick I\'m still self conscious. Average isn\'t good enough for me.

Is there a reason why you advise against a 3 Inch gain?

Way too much, 3\" of PMMA is not healthy in the long term, I think, too much product, even if you have a 8\" long Cock.

The more you put the more risks in the long term, which we do not know yet. And, aesthetically, is gonna look like a rugby ball in the Flaccid state...

Brice and Poy.. would you say for 3 rds (ballpark), 1 Inch seams to be average gain, 1.5 inches is above avg and be thankful if you hit it with no complications, and 2.0 inches is not to be expected and may even be dangerous? If your starting Girth is bigger you stand the biggest chance of hitting that 2 Inch?
I\'m 4.5, and I think 6.0\" would be the ultimate goal, but still probably non attainable w/ PMMA without rolling the dice on more of a chance of complications.
3 inches seems like a big jump. Dr. C, I\'ve heard will straighten out expectations right away when you say something like that I read on here.
