If I remember correctly, they didn\'t offer 20% during my last two rounds, just 10 and 30. Perhaps accurate mixing to get exactly 20% was difficult. I prefer the 30% anyway. More bang for the buck.

It\'s all sterile. They take a connector that looks like a Y. They put the syringes from 10% and 30% in the 2 top parts of the Y and alternate / simultaneously fill a new sterile syringe with what would be 20% as it gets mixed when it goes into the new syringe. I am not sure how willing they are to still do it or what, but that\'s how it\'s mixed. It\'s not in a bowl with a spoon or anything

Antibiotics most likely have no affect on gains, but Cipro is notorious for side effects, and I think that is what they have given in the past. Cephalexin is a common pre-op antibiotic. Doxycycline (version of tetracycline so don\'t get a sunburn) can be used if you\'re allergic or have issues with cephalosporins (cephalexin).

Oral antibiotics can\'t usually affect biofilms. They\'re a mix of your own tissue and a colony of various bacteria sort of hiding in there w/ strange things that they secrete to prevent any antibiotic from intervening (or the immune system from recognizing the bacteria). They\'re really complicated & still not well understood I think.

I think I took the antibiotics until all the incisions closed + 2 days. So, 7 days usually. I don\'t think the rx was for longer than that when they were using cipro.

I\'m skipping antibiotics next week and will only take if I see any signs of infection. They mess up my stomach really bad for months.

Be really careful to use sterile gauze all the time, and wash with hibiclens if you aren\'t using antibiotics. You\'re gonna have open holes dripping out of your penis, so you might want to reconsider. I wouldn\'t take cipro for the same reason as you, butCephalexin isn\'t as bad on the stomach.
