TOPIC: PMMA Lumps, bumps, rings and nodules

PMMA Lumps, bumps, rings and nodules 8 years 3 months ago #1292987974

Guys, for a long time I\'ve read about the lumps, bump, rings and nodules of PMMA and it seems that there is a steady consensus forming about it being due to retraction post procedure. While there may be other causes, I tend to agree with retraction as a main cause. If this is in fact the case, I have theorized a possible solution. Even if you\'re really good with your post-PMMA care, you still have to remove the stretcher to urinate, and thus, retract from the stretch. The constant stretching and retraction causes bumps, lumps and packets of PMMA. What if there was a special post-PMMA stretching device that allowed you to urinate while comfortably stretched? This is entirely possible, by simply adding a Catheter component to the stretcher. I have Illustrated a possible design. Take a look. This would eliminate any retraction, and keep the penis comfortably stretched for an uninterrupted 48-72 hours, or even longer. Thoughts?

And I probably made a mistake with going too overboard with Hanging (low weight, atleast I thought so, normal sets are 2.75kg and now I hanged only 1kg) after the procecure AND to add that I really really wore the ADS as much as possible the first 76 hours.

But the truth is that these smoothed the PMMA like no other (ok, I only have first round past me before and this was second on last saturday).

Appararently that Hanging was just too much stress on my little fella as now after day four, already on day 5ths side the swelling is still going and I got to go to hospital due it. Told everything honestly to the medical staff and got understanding and good serivce. Apparently there is some form of infection going on as my C-Reactive Protein is up at 74 (normal range 0-10).

After i.v. antibiotics things seem to be going a better way. Swelling has gone down remarkably on my penis after the first i.v. antibiotic set about 5 to 6 hours ago.

Good find. Additional tension could be added with a little gerry-rigging. Heimdall is the first to come closest to my hypothesis, and his outcome is in line with what I expected.

My Hypothesis:
Keeping the post-filler penis in an uninterrupted, elongated mold ensures an optimal outcome, with little-to-no need for massaging. An ESL-40/Catheter combo is the ideal mold set up, as it keeps the penis elongated, and the Catheter eliminates urinary interruptions. In short: You simply sit back and allow the setup to form a nice, long Jell-O mold around your penis. The result is a long Flaccid penis.

*Heimdall was even more proactive, as he started the elongated mold setup before, during and after surgery.

Problem solved maybe. Medical field here. Look at this.

www.biorelief.com/product/mens-liberty-e...-catheter-by-bioderm

It minimally only attaches to the head of your penis. Hardly any risk of infection. You can buy just enough needed for few days. I bet its just enough weight to keep your penis \"genitally\" gently stretched.

Experimentation needed...

Ha Ha I think to dam much!

I may be wrong, however, I believe that Briceb had several rounds of 10% and had monstrously good results.

SmallJ, the catheder would not be installed by the patient. It would be installed by the doctor. But I get your concerns. I guess I was just going on what I\'ve read, and yes you are right, I\'ve never done PMMA. I would be curious, however, to see the results of a test.

And do you think is possible 1\" with 3 rounds 10%?

I suppose if you\'re not moving about too much it would be ok.

I know which vid you\'re talking about and I actually did use one until 30 mins before my procedure. The idea was actually more to stretch the skin rather than keeping the penis Erect. The procedure in that instance and mine required us getting a trimix injection to induce an Erection before PMMA placement.

That\'s not \"extended periods.\" SmallJ, I agree with your points but you definitely didn\'t fully understand my application. This device would not go over the PMMA procedure, it would only harness the glans. It\'s just a modified esl40, with a hole in the glans cup for Catheter tube to feed urine into the Catheter, which would be around your leg. I recently saw a video where a guy walked into his PMMA procedure wearing a bathmate, and the procedure was done right away, and what followed was an alleged excellent result. My thinking is, that if you keep the penis stretched without interruption, this allows everything to grow nice and neatly and undisturbed.

I agree with small jay and also from a medical stand point catheters are notorious for infections!! If not inserted completely sterile, you WILL get infected. Plus catheters go into the bladder and it is VERY uncomfortable and needs to be removed by a trained professional. Good luck if you try

Using a Catheter for extended periods increases the changes of an infection though.
