Xiaflex would break down the scar tissue. It\'s incredibly powerful stuff though. It\'s also $2-3000 per injection, and using it this way is off label. It may not be safe to use in the dartos in nodules of PMMA. It\'s meant to be used in the tunica in the peyronie\'s plaque.

I am gonna email my Urologist about it though... there\'s not much else I can do about these nodules. Perhaps he\'ll want to do a 3-6 month course of routine Kenalog injections (once a month), but that hasn\'t been all that effective in the past for most people here. I know he\'s used Kenalog on fat grafting patients with nodules, so I guess he thinks it works on some level.

Xiaflex won\'t work evenly over the shaft. It\'s meant to break apart a small plaque of scar tissue in peyronies disease. It would burn your finger off if you got it on there..it\'s very powerful stuff.

Reklaw - I saw some of your pics and skimmed over that thread. I noticed you have an indent on top but are also uncut - it\'s weird, I have the same exact thing but I am cut.

Is Megafill basically something to stimulate your own collagen, like PMMA? I googled it, and that seems to be the case. Does your Dick have any lumps or hard spots? I think xiaflex would break the collagen down in those...or steroids might. What have docs said about removing all of it?

The problem I have w/ removing all of the PMMA is that it still isn\'t going to look good (scars all over) and then it\'s gonna be small. I figure I might as well leave it on the bigger side even if it\'s weird looking.

MegaFill is injected processed donor tissue, it\'s Micronized alloderm.
I see what you mean if you remove it it will look ugly so you may as well be big and ugly rather than small and ugly.
I\'d much rather leave it in and wait for it to wear off but I\'m getting worried because the reduction in size had been minescule and I spoke to yyztcn.gmail who had Mega 2 years ago and he still has the same gain now as what he had 6 month post op. And I don\'t really get why Optiman told everyone his gains had wore off because when I spoke to him on the phone a couple of months back he told me he still had loads of MegaFill left at the base.
If there hasn\'t been any reduction in size by this time next year il have it removed, it\'s bad for my health, I havnt slept in 6 months.

using hyaluronic acid injections are the safer, minimally invasive, non permanent,
but it seems there\'s not full control on the homogeneous distribution of the filler
my enlargement features some swelling and the result is not a perfect shape..and i notice reabsorbtion already after 2 month...
Anyone experienced this filler?

I kosty,I assume that both rounds were considered as 1 session ? He just split it in two to ensure best eastethic result am I right ? Otherwise one session of 4 cc is indeed small..

Would indeed e interesting to have the brand and the price you paid as well

Antonini never explained to me a strategy and he left to me the choice of how much enlargement to be applied
I decided for the second session just because in the first the filler was not homogeneous and actually in the second the result was improved...
i paied 1800 euro for 4cc in one session...

Be careful with Radiesse guys.

If your body accepts it fine, but if not it can be pushed to the surface and form hardened white calcium-like platelets that look like herpes and take upwards of five years to dissolve naturally.

Had to have them burned out with high power CO2 laser. Five sessions was enough, one every two weeks, starting over when the open wounds had healed. I won\'t get near the stuff again.

Others may have a much better experience. Some people\'s metabolism may accept Radiesse perfectly well, mine rejects it. If you are envisaging it you might try it first in a test area somewhere on your body where you don\'t mind white specks at skin surface (ie where it won\'t look like a venerial disease).
