 Will significant PMMA make a penis look cylindrical, and lose some of the definition in terms of cross-sectional shape and vascularity?

For instance, on the underside where the Corpus Spongiosum meets the 2 cavernosum, my spongiosum juts out quite a bit and creates a nice ridge the whole way along the length of the shaft. Will this be reduced or lost, in favour of a uniformly round shape with PMMA treatments?

The same goes for vascularity, is this reduced or lost with subsequent injections?
