Yes for longevity. Price is an issue - but decided to use what seemed to be the best despite the cost.
Voluma is actually quite maleable and lumps are not an issue. Getting the blend to the end of the penis can be tricky and have used XC there.

Am also currently trialling Teosyal Ultimate - longer lasting again?

Dr did do some measurements but I never wrote them down, they did take pictures. As for me it was more about reducing shrinkage and something that felt a better size in my hand. 

It is noticeably thicker Hard and less shrinkage. So is my penis head as that was injected too.   It still looks very natural too. 

I will consider a follow up top up in the future.

Dr Oates any pictures or videos, I am skeptical because you are promoting a product and in the past the have been fake account made by doctors pretending to be patients and giving good reviews. I know someone who had macrolane in the penis which is meant to last around 18 months but only last 5 months. I know with filler the more movement and area has, the faster it dissolves, plus people break down the product much fast than it\'s normal time period. I don\'t know about voluma in the penis, so curious. 

How long have you been injecting voluma in the penis and around how many patients have you done. On average how long did it last before they needed a top up?
  

I meet with Dr Oates at his Perth office, he was good to deal with.The procedure was almost painless only a little discomfort now and then, I had 3ml to the gland and 15mls to the shaft. Afterwards I went back to where I was staying my Erection lasted longer than usual about 5 hrs this caused some discomfort. Once it went down I experienced no pain at all to this day which is 13 days after the procedure.I had my check up 5 days after the procedure with Dr Oates at this time he added another 3ml to the left side of my shaft to further help make my shaft look straighter.I\'m defiantly bigger when Flaccid but cant say how much as Flaccid state varies so much. I can also say I hang lower about an Inch.Erect I\'m a half Inch thicker through out the shaft.The 3ml added to the gland didn\'t seam to have had much if any increase in size.Before procedure I was 7inch long and 5inch cir I\'m now 7inch long and 5.5 cir Erect

i dont have the before photos but Dr Oates has them if he would like to post them

Can I ask, did you wrap it any time after the procedure? I\'m wondering if a silicon sleeve would be beneficial for the hours after the procedure when still Erect, like you mentioned he touched up one side. 

Also, it would be great if Dr. Oates could post the before pictures. 

hi restoration the photos are two weeks after the procedure do swelling is gone.

hi thinker Dr Oates wraped it with a firm stretchy bandage after the procedure which i used for about 24hrs. i got Dr Oates to put the extra 3ml on the left side because i bend that way and i wanted it to look straigter. this helped for sure. id say i would ask for even more on the left side all going well next time.

Will be interesting to see the outcome, filler needs a few weeks to settle as it loses of of the water, then settles. Could you please take measurements every month to see how long it lasts. I still very sketical on HA fillers lasting a long time in the penis. Hope you have good results tho x

There have been pictures posted here and our websites. We have not posted video because that is our IP and about to do a national launch. What really breaks down HA is natural hyaluronidase which is in different concentrations in different areas of the body.

I have been injecting HA for Phalloplasty for 3 yrs and using Voluma for just over 12 mths. I have seen patients after 12mth wanting more augmentation - without having lost much of the original gains. The thing is we dont get guys coming back just for a check up. Generally it is difficult to get them to come back.

The doctor\'s techniques are excellent, the results admirable!!!.

However, a gain of 0.5\" for 18ml is disappointing!

Pls doc, what is the maximum \"safe\" amount of mils that can be injected at any given time? If a Dick is 7\" BPEL, 5.3\" EG what estimated volume would give a Girth gain of 1.0\"?

I must say again that the result seen of member is quite impressive ...

swapzor, yes i will be keeping in contact through this forum for you guys and Dr Oates to monitor my progress. im also considering getting more HA from Dr Oates so will be interesting to see how it all goes.
i like Dr Oates openness to having this dialogue, i think hes on the right track.

jogfit, i guess i did expect more than a 0.5 increase in size with 18ml.
i guess id like to see 6 to 6.5
