I had two Circumcision surgeries in 1986. The first was by a German uro, then the second was a US Army uro who fixed the botched job by the first. Your glans will become desensitized due to friction against your underwear and pants. Once uncovered, you won\'t get back the great super sensitivity that a Foreskin covered glans enjoys.

If you proceed, I would ask if it\'s possible to do the circ incision at the base, and pull the skin down tight from the glans down. The reason I say this, is because when they did mine, they cut at the usual area below the glans, which brought a lot of skin up from the base, and now my shaft is all hairy. Not a good thing! And shaving it sucks. But I\'m not a Urologist, so I\'m not sure if it\'s even possible, just be aware if you\'re hairy.

My bottom part of the shaft is already bit hairy, so thats annoying. Is it common enough that the circ incision is done at the base?

Not sure, and never heard of it done before. But in the interest of preventing someone from getting wild hairs up their throats, I would ask. Hell, that where they do all that other shit in the name of PE, like the log cut, webbing defloration, penile implant inserts, so why not a nice Circumcision at the base?

Before I knew to shave my shaft, and now I tweeze, I had girls go down on me and start pulling hair out of their mouths. That was it for me. I wish I could do laser, but tweezing seems to work ok right now, better than shaving and feeling prickly. When I had forsaking and pulled back for sex, it was always smooth. I wonder why surgeons don\'t think of this shit ahead!

Circumcission at the base makes a lot of sense. Damn, now I am worried about having a hairier shaft now. Guess I have not much choice. Maybe electrolysis as a permanent hair Removal. When I have a consultation with a surgeon, i will definitely ask about how to reduce hair on shaft.
