You could simply do manual stretches to help your situation. I wouldn\'t automatically jump towards getting an implant, just cause you will be thicker. Many members here has had implants and suffered horribly from it.

I\'ll look into that for sure. First I need to find out what my real size is because I haven\'t had boners for a while. I\'m speaking with a Urologist tomorrow about penis enlargement surgery and erectile dysfunction. Because a legitmate small guy really sucks because you can\'t have a sexual based relationship.

fucking lol, even men who have had ed for years and get the implant which makes you lose length, are still like 7\'\' long.

microcock, therse a procedure colled corporoplasty, its done at same time they put the implant in, it can give a real gain of 2-4cm. but iwouldn\'t wasste your money on just a few cm

I understand that I will not be able to get an Erection normally anymore. But I don\'t care. Anything is better than having a small penis. All my hard work is completely invalidated because of my penis size. My personality, humor and great body do not matter at all because I can please the girl at the end of the day.

I don\'t think you understand... the implant is for me who cannot obtain an Erection otherwise. You would lose any ability to obtain a natural Erection.


But it is a bit confusing since he talks about doing Girth enhancement too. Some of his post op pics are clearly implant patients.

Those after shots pretty much all appear to be patients who underwent surgery to receive an implant to correct erectile dysfunction. Garber is a well known implant surgeon. This is sort of a strange page and seems very misleading. I don\'t seem any kind of grafting or injecting after results-all I see are post operative penile implant pics.

Listen to Indiano. Start with stertching. Maybe an ADS. Give this a shot first. Plus I don\'t think you\'ll find a surgeon to put that kind of implant in a functioning penis.
