That\'s not how gaining length works. Think in terms of tissue expansion as opposed to pulling the penis out of the body.

yes,i already learnt that was tissue growth caused by hiperplasia...but does that mean that the tissue gained with fillers act like the original one? i couldn t imagine that,it seems pretty strange
