TOPIC: Loss in length after lengthening and widening surgery

Loss in length after lengthening and widening surgery 8 years 5 months ago #1289733391

Hi Im new to this board I have been part of the PeGym board for 2 years or so and I didn\'t really post to much just a lot of searching and reading.

For some dumb reason I just on impulse I had the lengthening and widening surgery I don\'t know why I thought it was a great idea, I just really wanted to increase my size.

I had the surgery 3 weeks ago with Dr. R he was kinda weird and explained everything to me told me what I could expect to gain.

So far I am very dissatisfied, I know its only been 3 weeks but I have lost 1 Inch in length already, I did Pe for 2 years to gain .5 Inch in length so I was at 6 and now I have retracted down to 5.

Im really depressed at seeing my length diminish like this, I am so disappointed. I know I have to start Hanging in a couple weeks, but I was hoping I would of been able to keep my 6 inches then start Hanging to add more, not to start Hanging to get my one Inch back. What do you think? do you think my length will come back after sometime?

I\'d just like some input on this because I am seriously so depressed at this loss of length.

Thank you

No need to be depressed. It\'s not only normal to retract after surgery, but it\'s to be expected. In another 3 weeks you\'ll be able to start stretching again and your length will return. I can\'t tell you how long it will take, as everyone is different.

Thank you hoddle10, I just wish Dr. R would have mentioned something like that then I would have been a little more cautious on doing the surgery.

I guess Ill just have to wait the couple weeks until I can stretch and at least try and regain back my original gains.

I hope this will turn into a success story

Hey dabignutz (love your name btw) I have had multiple surgeries lengthening and widening and then 1 Revision and then full Removal - and I ALWAYS lose length in the short term. It is physiology - your penis contracts after surgery, probably from trying to get away from the scalpel. It will come back fast once you have healed enough to start stretching, and maybe even without stretching once it relaxes, but I would advise stretching to make sure it does. This is only temporary in my experience - the last time I did not even sweat it when I lost an Inch and sure enough it all came back in less than a month. Don\'t waste your time despairing, you are just going through a process and it starts with contraction. By the way, what widening procedure did you have, Belladerm/Alloderm?
