Trying to decide if PMMA is right for me? 8 years 5 months ago #1289677329

Hey all. I\'ve been thinking about Girth enhancement for quite some time. I\'m 6\" Erect which I am okay with, but my Girth is only 4\" measured around. I\'ve been considering PMMA and I\'ve been reading the forums but I haven\'t been able to find the answer to my question. I have significant penoscrotal webbing, more than half of my shaft is webbed. Will the webbing interfere with the PMMA? Will it cause migration or other unwanted side effects? Also, my goal would be to get to 5.5\" in Girth. I know that\'s quite a jump, would there be any hope of increasing to that size and still looking somewhat natural?

Welcome!
To answer the migration question, no, there should be no migration into the scrotal skin.
That is a big jump in size. Part of what will make it look natural is the shaft Girth compared to the glans. You would not want the shaft to dwarf the glans. Gaining that much is possible, but you will need to be prepared to receive multiple rounds to build up the size. That is not something that can be done in one round. I would anticipate a minimum of 3 rounds plus possibly a touch up round for aesthetics, if needed.

My starting Girth was in the 4-4.5 range. I was 5 after 2 rounds that worked out aesthetically perfect. Trying to get to 5.25-5, for me, caused a lot of probs you can read about in my signature line below... I\'d say keep your goals conservative because this product can be unpredictable. you\'d rather have a nice looking 5\" Girth than a lumpy 5.5\" Girth.

Of course you can get 5.5\" and be lucky - but in my opinion, as you get bigger, you gamble a little more. Even Round 1 can give you lumps, but then Round 2 is designed to fix that, generally. You may need 2 Girth rounds and 1 touch up round. Your body might make you enough collagen to get 5.5 from that, but if not - I\'d just limit it to 2-3 rounds.

I\'m not sure about the webbing. I actually have a Nodule in the web area, which is something nobody else has had happen - ever (pic is in the journal - and I don\'t have much of a web)... so maybe ask them. I wonder if I put a Cock ring on or something, if it wouldn\'t have dripped into that area o...but I don\'t think you can leave those on very long. I don\'t think that has happened to anyone else. The lump is still there and my Urologist said just leave it alone because it\'s not something I want cut open and stitched...and it\'s not hurting anything. You can\'t tell it\'s there unless you are feeling around in that crevice area for it. It\'s kinda deep.

If by webbing you mean turkey neck, that can be fixed. I had mine removed and it turned out ok. I can still see the crisscross scarring from it but the shaft looks better. Sometimes I\'ll touch an area and it feels like I\'m touching somewhere else due to the nerves being confused I guess.
So if I do PMMA, I won\'t have an issue but as stated in the above post, it wouldn\'t matter.

Hey astro did it make your shaft look longer when the turkey neck was cut? I think mines make my penis look much shorter when Erect. Also did it leave a scar?

I am also interested in this. I have somewhat of a turkey neck and have thought about getting it addressed just to enhance the appearance.

Yes, it leaves a scar. The dr. did a crisscross cut and sutured it up. So it looks like a zigzag. Not sure why he didn\'t go straight on either side of the web and then suture the two sides back together. If you guys are planning on this, make sure to ask the surgeon how the incision is done.

So you guys are saying get the webbing fixed first before PMMA?

I asked Dr Oates in his thread and he said to fix it first, though it doesn\'t really matter for fillers.

Funnily, I never realised that I had webbing until I read this thread some months ago. I only used to wonder at a few coments from chicks that I felt \"bigger\" than I \"looked\" ...
